Day 1 Arrival in Bali - Private Transfer to Hotel, Day at Leisure

Day 2 Half Day Benoa Beach Tour including Banana Boat on private basis

Breakfast at the hotel. An ideal Bali holiday is incomplete without water sports & what better than the famous Tanjung Benoa beach? This beach, best known for its aquatic adventure, is located on the Benoa peninsula, far away from the hustle & bustle. Day 3 Inter Hotel Transfer + Full Day Kintamani Volcano Tour with Ubud Village

After breakfast, transfer from Kuta to Ubud.
A visit to Kintamani Volcano is a rare opportunity to experience one of Bali’s last active volcanos up close. This is one of the most popular and best day trips in Bali. The tour begins with the sights of a vibrant art village. Here, you can meet people who keep the techniques of the region's handicrafts alive. You can stop at Tohpati village, which is the center of handmade Balinese Batik weaving.

The next stop is Celuk village, famous for producing high-grade gold and silver handicrafts. Continue trip to Mas Village, one of the many artists villages surrounding Ubud, is the best place on the island to find high-quality Balinese woodcarvings, considered some of the best woodcarvings in the world.

The tour continues to Mount & Lake Batur in Kintamani village, where you will see some stunning views of the beautiful locales in this region. This tour only covers viewing Mount Batur Volcano from View Point. Your tour ends in one of the most famous coffee plantations in the area. Day 4 Full Day Tanah Lot Temple followed by Uluwatu Temple tour on private basis

Tanah Lot Temple, locally known as Pura Tanah Lot, is probably the most popular and photographed temple on the island, located on the coastal side of Beraban countryside, Kediri sub-district, and Tabanan Regency. Tanah Lot Temple stands for Earth (Tanah) and Sea (Lot), entirely appropriate considering its spectacular setting on top of an impressive rock overlooking the Indian Ocean. This cultural icon is among the seven sea temples on Bali's coast and has been a part of Balinese mythology for centuries.

In the late afternoon, proceed to the southern tip of Bali for the Uluwatu Sunset tour. Uluwatu Temple, or Pura Luhur Uluwatu, is renowned for its magnificent location, perched atop a cliff approximately 70 meters above the waves. Uluwatu also offers a splendid sunset backdrop as one of the six key temples considered Bali's spiritual pillars. It is one of the top places in Bali to witness a delightful sunset, with direct views overlooking the beautiful waves of the Indian Ocean. Overnight stay in Ubud.

Cancellation Policy

If due to unavoidable circumstances you are required to cancel your holiday, the cancellation should be intimated to us in writing.
There will be 100% cancellation if booked cruise gets cancel.
As per the Booking conditions of the holiday, we will be forced to levy the following cancellation charges.
Full cancellation of flights and visa.
If cancelled 45 days before the date of travel, full refund will be given after deducting an admin-fees of INR 25,000/- for international travel and INR 10,000/- for domestic travel
Nonrefundable hotels / services will not be refunded
Apartment Cancellation terms will be intimated separately at the time of confirmation of the apartment
25% cancellation if cancelled between 45 to 30 Days from the date of travel
50% cancellation if cancelled between 30 to 21 Days from the date of travel
100% cancellation if cancelled within 21 days from the date of travel
In case of international travel, if the visa is denied only INR. 25,000/- will be charged as administration fees along with the visa fee & remaining will be refunded back to you. However, if this falls within the cancellation period, the cancellation policy will also apply.
If airlines tickets are issued, they will be refunded within 30/45 working days as per the cancellation terms. However, if this falls within the cancellation period, the cancellation policy will also apply.
Any refund by Cheque / Bank transfer only.
Once a train ticket is issued then in this case, amount is non-refundable.
In case the passenger cancels his trip during the tour, no refund will be given.
The passenger must make own arrangements for the return journey.

Vacations Madcap should be your Travel Partner for life. This was my first alone trip with my son and we went to Singapore. We booked our Turkey trip with Vacation MadCap and sadly this has been one of the worst experiences with a travel partner. I have travelled to various destinations with over 10 agency partners and thi (Read More)s has been the most chaotic and troublesome vacation experience. DeThe hotels booked were not of our preference and I want to highlight Cappadocia hotel experience, where the hotel was under renovation and the travel partner booked us that hotel even after requesting other better option. The hotel in Cappadocia didn’t have a restaurant and the there was no way we could we could lunch or dinner nearby. We had to travel to main city market which was 8-9kms away from the hotel. Imagine being in this state with 2 infants with you on a trip. The quotation of activities shared by the partner were way to expensive. Please see any example below: Hot air balloon experience in Cappadocia: Agent Price: ₹21,500 Klook Price: ₹13,500 Now you tell me, from where will you book an activity for 6 adults. Next example: The travel partners charged us ₹4350 for sunrise ATV tour. This tour lasted for 30 minutes only. Klook offers you a 1.5hr sunrise tour at ₹3000. Not only the price issue, when we faced certain issues during the trip, the travel partner stopped respnding to our messages and told us to talk to the local respresentative. He refused to acknowledge or even provide basic assistance to us. I never write such long reviews. But since this experience was so so bad, I had to share it online so that others don’t face similar within situation with them. I hope they don’t do something like this to others and spoil their experience. Adios!

Vacations Madcap was recommended to us and I see why!! We used them for 3 separate needs in India (airport pick up, one day of being guided in Delhi, and a golden triangle tour). Each one was made so (Read More)much easier and more enjoyable thanks to their services. Our driver for the golden triangle in particular was fantastic - Sanjay Tiwari. Our experience would have been so different if he hadn't been at the helm. His driving was smooth, and he was so concerned about making sure our comfort and safety were of primary importance.
