Day 1 Arrival in Dehradun – Transfer to Harsil (216 km / 8-9 hrs approx.)
Upon arrival at Dehradun Airport or Railway Station, meet your driver and begin your scenic journey to Harsil via Uttarkashi. Known for its picturesque apple orchards, Harsil holds historical significance, with local legends tracing its apple production to a British settler, Frederick E. Wilson. Check into your hotel, refresh, and enjoy dinner. Overnight stay at Harsil.
After breakfast, head out to explore the Nelong and Gartang Valleys. Nelong Valley, located near the Indo-Tibetan border at 11,000 feet, offers breathtaking views of the Tibetan Plateau. The Gartang Valley features a 150-year-old wood-lined stairway carved into the granite rock face, a masterpiece built by Peshawari Pathans. After the day's adventure, return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay in Harsil.
Following breakfast, visit the sacred Mukhba Village, where the idol of Goddess Ganga is kept during winters when the Gangotri Temple becomes inaccessible due to snowfall. Next, explore Dharali Village, renowned for its lush apple orchards and red bean cultivation. An ancient temple dedicated to Lord Shiva adds spiritual significance to the area, which is believed to be where Bhagiratha performed penance to bring the Ganga to earth. Hi, I am kishore Sarvaiye from Sambhaji Nagar Maharashtra. We are a group of 11 person would like to go to kedarnath and Badrinath Yatra. We are in search of good Traval Agent who can take us in saf (Read More)e way with comfort and satisfaction, since the total journy is by road and through the hilly area. After analysing lot of reviews of Traval agents on internet, we could picked up ABD Holidays of Haridwar. After completing the tour we felt so proud off to have selected ABD Holidays, because of there proper planning, execution and hospitality was unmatchable. Stay and food arranged and vehicle provided by them politeness and safety driving of the driver was excellent. And support, guidence, and hospitality provided by Nisha Mam was excellent, we felt personal touch in their communication. I personally thanks to Nisha ji for making our journy joyful and safe, since out of 11 person 9 are senior citizen. I would like to suggest to the travellers to go go for safe and joyful journey.

I have booked Rajashthan tour (Jaipur - Ranthambore - Chittorgarh - Udaipur ) tour. Jahanvi from ABD Holidays provided us perfect itinerary with best hotels and that to in budget of ours. Jahanvi prov (Read More)ided us Etios car with very nice driver (Prakash) for full journey. In between as well were getting calls from her to check how our tour is going. In the lands of Kings we felt as a royal guest due to very nice arrangement done from ABD Holidays.

Worst experience. Had booked do dham yatra and witnessed poorest service throughout. Hotel rooms and bathrooms full of Rat droppings, poor food and miscommitment. They asked cab driver to stop in the (Read More)middle of the journey to Guptkashi as full payment was not made. This was earlier discussed with one of their staff who stopped taking calls as soon as we complaint about Haridwar hotel issues. The owner and one of their female staff behaved poorly and told that company is asking payment as per policy. They don't know what their staff had committed. Cheap hotel rooms of below 2 star category were provided throughout which they committed minimum 3 star hotels. Would suggest not to book any tour through this travel agency.

I contacted ABD Holidays from USA regarding pilgrimage to Chardham Yathraa. They gave us meticulous program. Especially Nisha was very good in arranging tour vehicle and hotel accomodation. 11nights a (Read More)nd 12days fro New Delhi. The good part is that if we have to start from hotel as early as 3am for the darshan then the next day relaxed and start fro hotel after breakfast by 9.30 am. Generally accomodations were good with all possible amenities. Except Barkot stay. Nisha was always in touch with us to make us feel safe and healthy. I will recommend this ABD Holidays not only for pilgrimage but also for any pleasure tour in Uttarakhand and Kashmir side.
