Detailed Itinerary

Day 1 Cochin – Munnar (130 Kms / Approx.5 hrs.)

Begin your escape to ‘God’s Own Country’ with this 2-night, 3-day Munnar Short Break tour package.
On arrival in Cochin, proceed to Munnar, enjoying a scenic drive alongside vast stretches of tea plantations, colonial cottages, and cascading waterfalls. Feel the cool breeze on your face as you soak in the beauty of Valara and Cheeyappara Falls and the vibrant Blossom Garden along the way.
Overnight Stay in Munnar.

Day 2 Munnar

After a delicious breakfast, we set out to explore the mesmerizing sights of Munnar. Begin your day with a visit to the Eravikulam National Park, known for its lush green hills and as the habitat of the endangered Nilgiri Tahr, a rare species of mountain goat.
Next, head to the Tea Museum by Tata Tea, where you’ll learn about the fascinating tea-processing methods and enjoy a refreshing cup of tea.
Continue your journey with visits to Rose Garden, Photo Point, Mattupetty Dam, and Echo Point. After a day filled with sightseeing, return to your hotel for leisure.
Overnight Stay in Munnar.

Day 3 Munnar – Thekkady (90 Kms / Approx.2-3 hrs.)

After an early breakfast, proceed to Thekkady. Upon arrival, check into your hotel. Later, enjoy sightseeing at Periyar National Park. You may choose to take a scenic boat ride on Lake Periyar.
Visit a Spice Plantation for a guided tour, where you can learn about and purchase a variety of spices. Spend the rest of the day engaging in leisure activities.
Overnight Stay in Thekkady.

Day 4 Thekkady – Cochin (160 Kms / Approx.4 hrs drive.)

After a hearty breakfast, check out from the hotel and embark on your journey back to Cochin. Upon arrival, check into your hotel.
In the afternoon, explore Cochin’s rich heritage with visits to the Jewish Synagogue (closed on Friday and Saturday), Dutch Palace (closed on Friday), and the iconic Chinese fishing nets.
In the evening, enjoy a traditional Kathakali dance show.
Overnight Stay in Cochin.

Day 5 Depart Cochin

After a hearty breakfast, check out from the hotel. Proceed to Cochin airport or railway station for your onward journey.

Hotels will be given - “As per the availability & not as per Choice”.
In Deluxe Houseboat AC will be operational from 2100 Hrs. to 0600 Hrs. only in Bedroom only.
In Premium Houseboat AC will be operational from the time of check-in to check-out in Bedroom only.
For all the hotels situated in hilly regions the rooms will be non-air-conditioned. Heaters are to be taken on direct payment basis only.
The food service at respective hotels depends on hotel occupancy. In case of low occupancy a set menu for a fixed price will be provided by the hotel as per your chosen food plan.
In case we are not able to provide the same hotels as mentioned, than we shall provide similar alternate hotels, changes in the cost if any will be advised at the time of Final Confirmation.

We had the best experience on our Bali trip because of the decision we took by planning our itinerary with Akbar Travels of India Pvt.Ltd by Ms. Swati and her team. From the point we arrived in Bali to the time we left, everything went off without any trouble from the next day schedule to being on time every day. From exploring ancient temples to Bali swings to water sports, every moment was pure bliss! The driver was good, well-behaved guy, helpful, friendly and always reach before time. Hotel was good, really nice staff and breakfast was yum. Hotel was in perfect location. Overall the experience was awesome ❤. It was really great time spent!! We created a lot of memories, thanks to the well planned trip. We have thoroughly enjoyed our trip and all he sightseeing were excellent.
