There is no refund for unutilized services.
Coach tickets, ferry tickets, internal flights, and sightseeing are non-refundable once issued.
The rate of exchange will be considered on the day of final payment.
In case of a no-show, no refund will be provided. Drivers on SIC and private transfers will wait for only 10 minutes.
Vehicles are booked as per the itinerary. Extra kilometers or rerouting incurs additional charges.
Cooking in the hotel is strictly prohibited. Violators may face heavy penalties.
WiFi availability in hotels is generally restricted to public areas like the lobby.
Loss of valuables or passports is not the responsibility of the agent or hotel.
Valid ID proof is mandatory for check-in (Passport & Visa, Voter ID, or Driver’s License).
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and chargeable.
Hotels may charge extra for room heaters or WiFi.
