Cancellation by the Customer:

Cancellation by Explore Meadows™:

• Right to Cancel: Explore Meadows™ reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or other events beyond our control.
• Refunds: If Explore Meadows™ cancels a booking, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook for a future date, subject to availability.

2. Specific Service Cancellation Policies
Hotel Bookings:

• Policy: The cancellation and refund policies for hotel bookings vary depending on the hotel's terms and conditions. Please refer to the hotel's cancellation policy provided when booking. Explore Meadows™ is not responsible for any fees or penalties imposed by the hotel.

Transportation Services:

• Policy: The respective service provider's cancellation policy will apply for transportation services, including car rentals and airport transfers. Any cancellation fees or refund policies will be in accordance with the provider’s terms. Explore Meadows™ is not liable for any charges related to transportation service cancellations.

Tours and Activities:
Policy: Cancellations for tours, activities, and excursions are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the service provider. Some tours and activities may be non-refundable or have a strict cancellation deadline. Please review these terms at the time of booking.
3. Non-Refundable Services
