Booking Process:

• Complete the booking form and forward it with a 25% advance payment of the total package cost. This payment should be made at least 60 days before departure.
• Upon receipt of the booking form and advance payment, the booking will be confirmed, and an email will be sent with package details and a complete invoice.
• The invoice balance must be paid 35 days before departure.

Payment Options:
Payment can be made through a cash transfer to our bank account, details of which will be provided during the booking process.
ATMs are available in many places around the Kathmandu Valley, and currency exchange services are readily accessible. Credit cards are also accepted.

Responsibility:
Holyland Adventure Tours and Travels strives to fulfill every desire expected from our travel packages.
We shall not be held responsible for deviations or itinerary changes due to unavoidable circumstances, such as political unrest, strikes, earthquakes, flight delays, landslides, sickness, accidents, etc.
Any additional expenses incurred by the client due to these circumstances are the client's responsibility.

Accident or Loss:
Holyland Adventure Tours and Travels is not liable for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss unless caused by the negligence of our employees.
Our liability is limited, except for death or personal injury, to a refund of the tour cost.

Documents:

• Clients are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, and other travel documents.
• All foreigners, except Indians, must have a valid passport and visa when entering Nepal. Visas can be obtained on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport or border checkpoints. For more information, visit www.immi.gov.np.
• Holyland Adventure Tours and Travels shall not be responsible if clients do not hold valid passports and visas.

Health and Safety:
Nepal is an adventure destination popular for trekking, climbing, rafting, canyoning, and mountain biking.
Clients are strongly advised to consult their doctors before traveling to Nepal.
Our guides are trained in first aid and carry medical kits during treks for clients' safety.

Alterations in Prices and Itineraries:
Prices may change due to factors affecting costs, such as currency fluctuations and government action.
Holyland Adventure Tours and Travels reserves the right to increase accommodation prices after booking if costs rise.
Any price changes will include administration charges and relevant travel agent commissions.

Right to Cancel Booking:
Holyland Adventure Tours and Travels aims to provide booked accommodation but reserves the right to cancel bookings if payment deadlines are not met or due to uncontrollable events (e.g., war, riots, political instability, terrorism, natural disasters, epidemics, etc.).

Cancellation Charges:

• 30 days or more: 25% of the total booking price (loss of deposit).
• 29-20 days: 50% of the total booking price.
• 19-10 days: 70% of the total booking price.
• 9-0 days: 100% of the total booking price.
• There is an option to transfer the trip to a third party without extra charges, except for airline fees, if informed at least 10 days before departure. The above cancellation policy applies in any situation except when the cancellation is due to our issues.
