We have gone on many only ladies trips domestic and international trips planning individually and also with few travel agencies. But for the first time we faced Very bad experience with this travel (Read More)agents who never responds properly after paymentis done,they promised pickup and drop from our residence and in last moment, they said they would provide only for 2 points.Not at all co-operative, not customer friendly team

Overall trip experience was excellent with all major sightseeing covered. Alcazar show, Tiger Zoo, River cruise. Our recent trip to goa was an excellent experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by enjoying beautiful clean and neat Calangute beach and had photos over there. I would like to recommend Royce Holidays if anyone is looking for having vacation at any place through out India They deserve 5 star rating and its really worthy But for me i would give 4.7 star reaso (Read More)n i would explain it at the end. I specially thank Manager Mr.Santosh for his hospitality and service from Day 1 to the end of the trip.The hotels he provided and the transportation service provided are also at the excellent levels.He regularly followed up everything is in place and any missing things. I have personally seen many google reviews of other holiday travel agencies that customers need to call up to them many a times to fix things which are not in place but here its completely opposite.He was calling me regularly to check which i liked the most. Initially when he promised i thought its a marketing policy but he proved me wrong . I have taken Hyd to Delhi Manali 3 days 4 nights trip with family and my vacation was just superb. After reaching delhi from Manali on 3 rd day when i called to the hotel they said theres no booking on my name and when i cross checked with Royce they said they have booked in another hotel due to some issue and next day i had to vacate the hotel by 11 am where as my flight to Hyd is at 8.30pm and i cannot vacate hotel because my daughter was already fallen  sick from manali cold I asked hotel management and also royce they said they cannot help me in this.This is the  trouble i faced .and also driver was too smart by taking me to the persons where he was getting commissions especially in manali and kullu where snow aààsuits were supposed to be taken at rate of Rs250 per person rent but driver has taken us to a place where they were quoting 9500 for 4 of us which included only 3 games worth 300.Finally when i cross checked with Royce they have guided me and i could complete the same packagae in just Rs2000 along with games. And also he has taken me to shawl factory outlet in kullu and made me spend Rs6000 for jackets and glouzes which was worth only 3000. I would give 4.7 stars for Royce Holidays  Hospitality vacation services and their Team (Sameera who responds at any time for which i specially thank her) Trip was memorable

Roycee travel has given excellent service and they are always available on phone during our whole travelling . Beside this they have given picup and drop service for door to door
