Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival and Afternoon Game Drive

  • Morning: Arrival

    • 08:00 AM: Arrive at the Serengeti airstrip. You'll be met by a guide from your lodge or camp and transferred to your accommodation.
    • 09:00 AM: Check-in, freshen up, and enjoy a welcome drink.

  • Afternoon: Lunch and Game Drive

    • 12:00 PM: Enjoy a delicious lunch at the lodge or camp.
    • 01:30 PM: Depart for your first afternoon game drive in the Serengeti. Explore the vast plains and spot various wildlife such as lions, giraffes, elephants, and possibly the Big Five.
    • 04:30 PM: Return to the lodge or camp to relax and enjoy the stunning views.

  • Evening: Dinner and Relaxation

    • 07:00 PM: Dinner at the lodge or camp, featuring local and international cuisine.
    • 08:30 PM: Relax around the campfire or in the lodge’s lounge area, reflecting on your first day in the Serengeti.

  • Morning: Early Game Drive

    • 06:00 AM: Early morning game drive to catch the wildlife as they start their day. This is an excellent time for spotting predators and witnessing the Serengeti's dynamic ecosystem.
    • 09:00 AM: Return to the lodge or camp for breakfast.

  • Midday: Relaxation and Lunch

    • 10:30 AM: Leisure time at the lodge or camp. Enjoy the facilities or simply relax with a book and take in the natural surroundings.
    • 12:30 PM: Lunch at the lodge or camp.

  • Afternoon: Continued Game Drive

    • 02:00 PM: Set out for an extended afternoon game drive. This drive offers a chance to explore different areas of the Serengeti and spot any wildlife you may have missed earlier.
    • 05:30 PM: Return to the lodge or camp.

  • Evening: Sundowner and Dinner

    • 06:00 PM: Enjoy a sundowner in a scenic location, watching the sunset over the Serengeti with a refreshing drink.
    • 07:30 PM: Return to the lodge or camp for dinner.

  • Morning: Final Game Drive

    • 06:00 AM: Early morning game drive to experience the Serengeti at dawn. This is a great opportunity for final wildlife sightings and to capture some last-minute photographs.
    • 09:00 AM: Return to the lodge or camp for breakfast.

  • Departure:

    • 10:00 AM: Check out and transfer to the Serengeti airstrip.
    • 11:00 AM: Arrive at the airstrip for your departure flight.

There were lots of beautiful animals to see, my favourites were the lions and the ze (Read More)bras. I took some amazing photos. The trip was unforgettable, the scenery, everything! Let me take this wonderful opportunity to introduce to you this wonderful Tour Company. We had so much fun! They're conveniently located in Nairobi city in Kenya. The pickup was on time from bus an (Read More)d from hotel. And the tours in the Masai Mara were fabulous with their extended Landcruiser trucks. I enjoyed getting very close to the animals and the driver was not in a hurry to get us out of the rare moments. If you're looking, I strongly recommend this company.
