Day 1 Arrival in Istanbul

Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, you'll be warmly greeted by our representative who will assist you with your transfer to the hotel. After check-in, take some time to freshen up and relax. In the evening, enjoy a leisurely stroll through Istanbul’s vibrant streets, where you can immerse yourself in the city's unique blend of history and modernity. Dinner at an Indian Restaurant will complete your day. Overnight: Istanbul.

Note: Joining Direct (JD) passengers and Non-Resident Indians (NRI) can check in on their own at the hotel. Standard check-in time is 1500 hrs. Transfers to the hotel are not included for JD/NRI passengers.

Day 2 Istanbul – Ankara

Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel before transferring to the airport for your flight to Ankara, Turkey’s capital. Upon arrival, visit the impressive Atatürk's Mausoleum, dedicated to Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of modern Turkey. Continue to the Anatolian Civilizations Museum, which houses artifacts from the Paleolithic Age. Later, explore Ankara Castle, a site rich in Roman, Seljuk, and Ottoman history. Day 3 Ankara – Cappadocia

Day 4 Exploring Cappadocia

CANCELLATIONS:

All services such as Airline seats / Hotel accommodation / ground transportation etc. for group tours are pre blocked well in advance. We are still liable to pay to all our suppliers / vendors and bear the overhead costs involved in rendering services to you. Booking Amount: The booking amount will be applicable for cancellations if the departure date is undecided.
Cancellation Terms: The cancellation terms mentioned apply to passengers traveling to Australia/New Zealand, Asia, Africa, America, and Europe. If you have opted for SOTC Trip Protection, cancellation charges will be calculated according to the terms of the SOTC Trip Protection policy.
Tour Cancellation: The company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure without providing a reason. In such cases, all monies paid will be refunded in Indian Rupees only, but no additional compensation will be provided.
Cruise Cancellations: For cruises, 100% of the cruise cost paid will be forfeited in case of any cancellations, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
Additional Costs: The company is not responsible for any additional costs or fees related to the issuance or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not made through the company.
Forfeiture of Booking Deposit: The company reserves the right to forfeit the booking deposit in case of a cancellation.
Visa Rejections: Passengers whose visas are not granted must inform us in advance before the tour commences or departs. Cancellation charges will be based on the date of receipt of written communication regarding visa rejection. Charges will be determined according to the cancellation policy, reflecting the number of days before departure.

I recently went to Morocco Spain & Portugal thro Sotc for 16 days .. Everything well managed & organised.. the tour manager was vey efficient in his work...
