Day 1 Arrival and Half-Day Ho Chi Minh City Tour (PVT)

Upon arriving in Ho Chi Minh City, complete the immigration and visa-on-arrival process at the airport. Then, meet the driver and be transferred to your pre-booked hotel.
After checking in, take a half-day tour to explore the vibrant city.
Visit iconic landmarks such as the Reunification Palace, War Remnants Museum, and Ben Thanh Market.
Immerse yourself in this dynamic city's rich history and culture, where the past and present blend seamlessly.
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 2 1-Day Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong Delta Tour (SIC)

Start the day with breakfast at the hotel before heading out for a full-day tour.
Visit the legendary Cu Chi Tunnels, an extensive underground system of over 220 km during the Vietnam War. Located about 60 km from Ho Chi Minh City, this historical structure played a crucial role in the resistance against US forces. Enjoy the scenic drive past rice fields and rivers.
Later, transfer to My Tho city to explore the Mekong Delta. Board a boat and sail along the Mekong River, visit islands famous for local specialties like coconut candy, and try honey at a bee farm.
Enjoy traditional Vietnamese music and have lunch at a local restaurant.
Afterward, visit Vinh Trang Pagoda before returning to Ho Chi Minh City for a relaxed evening.

Day 3 Transfer to Danang, Cam Thanh Coconut Forest & Hoi An Town Tour (SIC)

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, then transfer to the airport for your internal flight to Danang. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and prepare for a half-day tour.
Start by visiting the serene Cam Thanh Coconut Forest, where you can experience a basketboat ride and learn traditional fishing techniques.
Next, explore the UNESCO World Heritage site of Hoi An Ancient Town. Stroll through lantern-lit streets, visit historical sites, and browse local markets.
Overnight in Danang.

Day 4 1-Day Ba Na Hills Day Trip with Lunch (SIC)

Eat breakfast at the hotel and get ready for a full-day tour.
In the center of Vietnam, close to Danang, are the Ba Na Hills, a highland resort. It is renowned for its breathtaking mountain scenery, French colonial architecture, and various sights and entertainment choices. Panorama views of the surrounding hills and shoreline are available from Ba Na Hills, located at more than 1,400 meters above sea level.
One of the main attractions at Ba Na Hills is the Golden Bridge, a pedestrian bridge that spans two mountain peaks and is held up by giant stone hands. The bridge is a popular spot for photos and offers stunning views of the surrounding scenery. Visitors can also take a cable car ride to the top of the mountain, one of the world's longest and highest cable car rides.
At the top of the mountain are several other attractions to explore, including a French village with European-style buildings, a flower garden, an amusement park, and a wax museum (optional). There are also several restaurants and cafes serving a variety of Vietnamese and international cuisine.
Ba Na Hills is a popular day trip destination from Danang or Hoi An. Visitors can spend several hours exploring the attractions and enjoying the scenic views. They can also stay overnight at one of the resorts or hotels located on the mountain.
Overnight in Danang.

Day 5 Transfer to Hanoi, Half-Day Hanoi City Tour

Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to the airport for an internal flight to Hanoi.
Upon arrival, get transferred to the hotel and get ready for the half-day tour
Leave for Hoa Lo Prison Museum, which was initially used by the French colonists in Indochina for political prisoners and later by North Vietnam for U.S. prisoners of war during the Vietnam War. During this later period, it was known to American POWs as the “Hanoi Hilton”.
Back to hotel by evening.
Over Night at Hotel.

Day 6 1-Day Ninh Binh Day Trip (Hoa Lu, Trang An, Mua Cave) (SIC)

Breakfast at the Hotel.
Get picked up by our friendly guide in your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or in Lily’s office in Hoan Kiem district, then depart for Ninh Binh province.
09:15: Have a short break for 15–20 minutes to relax.
10:30: Visit Hoa Lư, the ancient capital of Vietnam, between 968 and 1010. You have a chance to learn about Vietnamese history in the feudal system under Dinh, Le, and Ly Dynasty
11:45: Have a buffet lunch in the restaurant with many local foods such as goat meat, fish, chicken, and fried rice…. Vegetarian foods are always available in the buffet lunch.
13:00: Visit Trang An, which UNESCO recognized as a World Heritage Site in 2014. Trang An has a wonderful tunnel cave system, so Kong’s Movie Group chose this place for the New Version of Kong in 2016 – “Skull Island.” The 2.5-hour boat trip will convince you of the beauty here.
17:00: Board the transportation to return to your accommodation or the train/bus station if you take the train/bus later.
If you stay in Ninh Binh that night, you will arrive at the Tam Coc/Trang An/Mua cave hotel according to the draft itinerary.
If you come back to Hanoi this time, we will drop you off at the hotel in the Old Quarter.
If you go to the train/bus later, we will take you to the train/bus station. If you go straight to another province, we will arrange accordingly.

Day 7 2-Day, 1-Night Halong Bay Cruise

Start your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel, then get ready for an exciting journey aboard the 2-Day, 1-Night Dragon Bay Cruise. Embark on an unforgettable adventure filled with stunning scenery, peaceful waters, and the beauty of Dragon Bay!
08:00: Our tour guide and Shuttle Bus will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter.
08: 45 Depart to Halong Bay for 2.5 Hours.
10:30: Arrive in Hai Duong province and have a 20-minute short break. 11:30 – 12:00: Arrive to Tuan Chau harbor
12:00 – 12:30 Welcome to Dragon Bay Cruise. Enjoy a Welcome drink, meet the captain and crew, and get a brief introduction about the cruise and safety guidelines. Complete the check-in procedure.
13:00: Enjoy Vietnamese seafood and vegetarian lunch, while cruising in the magnificent Halong – Lan Ha Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay.
Continue cruising through Con Vit islet (Duck Islet), Thumb islet and Gia Luan Harbor where belonged to Cat Ba area.
Discover lagoon natural area belonged to Lan Ha Bay. Drop anchor for swimming or just simply sunbathe on our cruise (private, wild and fresh air).
15:45: You will go kayaking under our tour guide’s instructions in so many beautiful spots, then Swimming or just simply sunbathe on our cruise (private, wild, and fresh air).
Heading back toward the sleeping area.
18.00: Come back to our Dragon Bay Cruise and participate in our Sunset party. Take photos and relax.
19:00: Time for dinner. Enjoy exceptional seafood and typical Vietnamese food on the cruise.
21:00: Evening entertainment: Play games on the cruise, such as cards, chess, and squid fishing, relax with massage service, and overnight on the Dragon Bay Cruise.

Day 8 Return to Hanoi and Transfer to Siem Reap

7:00-7:45: Have breakfast. Enjoy a morning view of the bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee.
08:00: Mingling yourself in the stunning views of the Bay and its dramatic limestone islets
Tourists visit the famous Frog Pond. Here you can freely kayak and explore the landscape or swim...
09:15: Back to your cabin, relax, and carefully check all the luggage before leaving.
9:30: Check out from the private cabin and enjoy a fantastic cruise on the bay for room service. Complete the check-out procedure and enjoy your last lunch on the cruise.

12:00 – 12:30: Return to Hanoi by the Bus

We booked our Turkey trip with Vacation MadCap and sadly this has been one of the worst experiences with a travel partner. I have travelled to various destinations with over 10 agency partners and thi (Read More)s has been the most chaotic and troublesome vacation experience. DeThe hotels booked were not of our preference and I want to highlight Cappadocia hotel experience, where the hotel was under renovation and the travel partner booked us that hotel even after requesting other better option. The hotel in Cappadocia didn’t have a restaurant and the there was no way we could we could lunch or dinner nearby. We had to travel to main city market which was 8-9kms away from the hotel. Imagine being in this state with 2 infants with you on a trip. The quotation of activities shared by the partner were way to expensive. Please see any example below: Hot air balloon experience in Cappadocia: Agent Price: ₹21,500 Klook Price: ₹13,500 Now you tell me, from where will you book an activity for 6 adults. Next example: The travel partners charged us ₹4350 for sunrise ATV tour. This tour lasted for 30 minutes only. Klook offers you a 1.5hr sunrise tour at ₹3000. Not only the price issue, when we faced certain issues during the trip, the travel partner stopped respnding to our messages and told us to talk to the local respresentative. He refused to acknowledge or even provide basic assistance to us. I never write such long reviews. But since this experience was so so bad, I had to share it online so that others don’t face similar within situation with them. I hope they don’t do something like this to others and spoil their experience. Adios!

Vacations Madcap was recommended to us and I see why!! We used them for 3 separate needs in India (airport pick up, one day of being guided in Delhi, and a golden triangle tour). Each one was made so (Read More)much easier and more enjoyable thanks to their services. Our driver for the golden triangle in particular was fantastic - Sanjay Tiwari. Our experience would have been so different if he hadn't been at the helm. His driving was smooth, and he was so concerned about making sure our comfort and safety were of primary importance.
