Explore the northern Emirates of the UAE on this sightseeing tour from Dubai, and visit Dibba, Kalba, and Sharjah. Visit the Fujairah Museum and Fujairah Heritage Village, as well as Fujairah Fort perched high on a hill. Once the center of Fujairah life, the former sentry has housed a prison and has withstood attack from British naval forces and occupation by fearsome Wahabbists. Today, the historic landmark has opened its gates to the public to provide an insight into the pivotal role it once played. Continue to the oldest mosque in the UAE, dating back to the 15th century. The mosque was once known as the Ottoman Mosque, but its name comes from the person who constructed it rather that the Ottoman Empire. Enjoy amazing views from the mountain road as you travel through the Hajar Mountain range, and more, before heading back to Dubai.

We had a private car tour with Akbar. Price was reasonable. Akbar was extremely well informed about the Emirates we passed through, and his English is excellent. He took us (at our request) to an incr (Read More)edible local restaurant where we ate in a private room. We also went to several beaches, to historical sights, experienced incredible mountain views, the mosque from the 1400's, the desert, local markets and shopping opportunities - all done very politely and with a sense of humour. The car was clean and comfortable and ample water was provided. Akbar had thought of everything we might need (for example: a fold-up chair to sit on in the shade while waiting for the other person to explore the Portuguese Fort). It was just amazing how much we were able to see in a day and also how much fun it was!

We had a great tour with Hasan, who met us on time at the terminal. Vehicle was very comfortable. Hasan was very informative and polite and looked after us very well. We enjoyed the long day driving t (Read More)hrough the desert and mountains. We visited all the sites as per itinerary. We liked the fort and the ancient mosque. We had lunch at a lovely restaurant at one of the beach resorts in Fujairah and the staff there were also very lovely and accommodating. Food was delicious and the view of the Sea of Oman gorgeous. We had a great day and would recommend this tour if you want to get away from the big city.

Very interesting Tour, Our guide Akbar was perfect, very helpful and told us a lot about the Landscape and the history. We Visited the Fujairah museum and the fort, Dibba, Kalba, the ocean and the bea (Read More)ch, the oldest mosque as well as many photostops during Our drive. Akbar Was always very Kind. We also got complimentaty water. We liked to do a camel ride which was actually not Part of the Tour but Akbar organised such a Tour for US in the afternoon.
