Upon arrival at St. Pancras International station, check in and pickup your Paris travel pack, designed to help you make the most of your time. The pack includes Eurostar train tickets with reserved seating and a map of Paris with public transportation information. See the city of lights from a new vantage point with a river cruise alone the Seine. Pass by the Eiffel Tower, the Lourve, and other landmarks. See the Galeries Lafayette, located near the center of Paris and a short cab ride away from the Gare du Nord station. We booked this more last minute as tickets through EuroStar were completely booked, so we paid for a bit of a mark up. Meeting place was well found and it was easy to get our packet. We went off and d (Read More)id our own thing until it was time to come back, so we skipped the river cruise. All in all, easy trip. Just make sure you have your plans set because Paris is a very busy city and hard to navigate.

The meeting place is easy to find. Very friendly staff. Even though we booked the independent tour, Charlotte (guide for the accompanied tour) was there to answer our questions. We could even change o (Read More)ur package on the spot (35 pounds) and stay with the group. This was reassuring being our first solo experience. We finally decided to do the solo tour. At the exit of Gare du Nord, there are Hop on Hop off buses. We had time to do the blue circuit (with Tour Open). We got off the bus only at the Eiffel Tower. We did the Seine cruise (1 hour) and had dinner at a small cafe near the Eiffel Tower.

Overall trip was great! The only room of improvement was the departure time was not accurate to the details provided on the website. I would suggest to spend another day if it’s your first time. FYI… (Read More)If you plan to compute using “Paris Metro”. They sell metro tickets in the train while going to Paris. I would highly recommend purchasing it, then. It will save you a lot of time. I’m addition, purchase louvre museum ahead of time/ tours.

Our host was at the meeting place in the Eurostar train station on time and had our tickets and instructions ready to go. Upon arriving in Paris, we got on a hop-on, hop-off bus tour right from the tr (Read More)ain station. Spent the day seeing the top sights in Paris. Hopped off for The Louvre, Notre Dame, Sainte Chapelle, Musee d-orsay, Eiffel Tower and River Cruise. Still had time for a little souvenir shopping before we caught the train back to London.

It was horrible, we got there and there was no one at the meeting point and only 1 hour later the girl at the cafe said that the vouchers were there. Only she knew and the other employees didn't. In o (Read More)ther words, we lost the tour and the money paid.
