We were 7 minutes before the scheduled time at the designated place and there was no bus. After dialing the phone number, we listen to the answering machine for a moment and the call disconnects. I do (Read More) not recommend! Money wasted :(

We didn't know that we had to bring our own headsets so we didn't get to hear any audio describing what we were seeing. We just had to guess. The whole top level of the bus did not have headphones.

There was no live guide so you really didn’t know what you were seeing. The recording was terrible and you also need to have known to bring headphones which they don’t let you know ahead of time. You (Read More)really can’t see much anyway as the windows and roof of the bus are so dirty. The guide that was on the bus was for the bottom half of the bus doing a different tour to Moulin Rouge and have completely the wrong instructions to the people on my tour. Do not waste your money on this as it would actually be almost the same price to ask a cab to do the same route and you would see a lot more.

The experience was very disappointing. There were 8 adults in our group and.each of us was very disappointed as the advertisement as not live up to the experience. Our 'host' who was kind but was very (Read More) much occupied with the late night guests who were going to the Moulin Rouge. We felt ignored. Just before Moulin Rouge we found out were we supposed to be connected to an audio link for the tour. it was miserable and as we have completed many Get My Guide experiences and absolutely loved them. We request a refund for this experience thank you.
