Using the pass is very easy in the activity areas. We got on the big bus that was passing and no need for another ticket than the pass shown on the phone! Easy! And a quick passage for the pass holder (Read More)s at Garden by the Bay to collect the real entrance tickets as for Sky Park: no queue, enter by showing the pass on the phone! The good life!

The selection of attractions is great and Singapore has some superlatives to offer. It is a bit irritating that you also have to download the Go City app, which is not very usable. In addition, the QR (Read More) code does not simply give you entry, but you have to go to a special counter and only then can you get an entry ticket. The counters are not marked, so you are left guessing where to queue.

My email requesting assistance was answered more than 36 hours after I sent it, the (Read More)ir chat line continuously read that although I was 1st in line waiting, there was no-one available to help with my chat.

I don't know if it was really a good plan because the included activities don't necessarily include what we wanted to do at Canopy Park or Singapore Cab or even Garden by the Bay for example.
