Itinerary

Upon arrival at the vibrant cooking studio, be greeted by your friendly instructors and get settled down comfortably with a cup of coffee or tea with nostalgic snacks/bites. Start the class off with a fun ice-breaker game to help you delve deep into Singapore's heritage, food, and culture. Then, learn more about the dishes you will be cooking for the day, from the origins of the dish to the specific local ingredients used. Next, put on your apron and chef hat and proceed to the kitchen to cook up 3 signature Singaporean dishes. You will be provided with fully-equipped cooking workstations and ingredients, with close guidance from your instructors to help you learn all the steps to making the dishes so you can easily replicate them at home. Finally, sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labour — a sensational spread of delicious Singapore dishes that you cook up all by yourself. Bask in the satisfaction of a job well done, and continue mingling with newfound friends over a great meal. This is also a good time to pick up more local expert knowledge like the best places to eat or things to do for the rest of your stay in Singapore. We run on a fixed menu schedule every week, so please check to ensure you are ok with the menu for the class that you pick: Every Monday: Nasi Lemak, Sambal Prawns and Kueh Dadar Every Tuesday: Curry Chicken, Roti Jala and Ubi Kayu Every Wednesday: Laksa, Fried Spring Rolls and Hoon Kueh Every Thursday: Nasi Biryani, Masala Chicken and Lentil Dhal Every Friday: Char Kway Teow, Nyonya Popiah and Sago Gula Melaka Every Saturday: Curry Chicken, Roti Jala and Ubi Kayu Every Sunday: Laksa, Fried Spring Rolls and Hoon Kueh

What a wonderful experience in Singapore with such an amazing instructor in Sara! She was so attentive to our needs and also gave us a lot of good information on the local food and areas to visit whil (Read More)e in Singapore. The food we made also was delicious. It seemed complex at first but so easy once she showed us what to do. Loved that the recipes are also based on family or local sources. The organization also helps bring women who have been stay at home moms back into the workforce- what an amazing way to both spend your morning plus helping to contribute to an awesome organization! Everything was so organized, clean and efficient. A must do in Singapore! There’s a different menu daily!
