We tried to contact our tour 2 days prior, but did not hear back from them until midnight the night before the tour. We wanted to add a guide and book some attractions ahead of time, but our tour was (Read More)at 10am the next day. There was no time. Our driver was nice, but he didn't speak any English more than the name of the monument and where to find him. So I would highly recommend paying extra for a guide.

We booked for the first time, in Singapore. The guide was absolutely great. However, there is a big minus for missing advance information regarding the final, additional costs for entrance fees or pay (Read More)ments. We were only asked if we wanted to go to the sights, but were not told how much the tickets cost. The hammer came at the end: At the price of 69 euros for 4 hours, came another 130!!! Euro extra and there was no receipt for the tickets either. Our research for the visited points did not result in this price in any way. We would have expected at least a list of costs by e-mail afterwards. It's a shame that we're strongly considering booking again.

Very good concentrate of the essentials of Singapore in one day. We stuck to the agreed schedule. Ken, our driver, was very friendly and was able to answer our questions. We recommend it! Appreciable (Read More)air-conditioned car given the outside temperatures and humidity (thanks to the air conditioning). Plan to add the desired visit tickets via the agency (preferential rate + very useful skip the line).
