I had a very disappointing experience with this travel agency, particularly with Agent Rashmi. I had limited time to travel and contacted them after seeing a post on social media. When I reached out, (Read More)they confirmed that all flights and transfers were included. I then requested a quote for 4 people, and to my surprise, the price quoted was significantly higher than what was mentioned in the post. Additionally, all the activities listed in the post were suddenly categorized as "exclusive" and had to be paid separately, with flights also not included. When I inquired, they started arguing that I misunderstood and that everything was clearly explained.
This completely wasted a day of my planning.

Breakfast along with variety of fruits and salads.
4. Cruise is another memorable experience.Rooms , staff, vegetarian food all are excellent.

Commendable .she provided seamless interaction by creating
WhatsApp groups , providing the phone numbers of guides and drivers promptly.
6. My only feedback is
you try to include SAPA, Ninh BiNh ( spectacular places to visit ) in your itinerary .
You may provide the total list of visting places and their importance to the customers to choose the options.
