Personalized Itinerary: They didn't just offer a standard package. They listened to my interests—I wanted to visit Port Blair, Havelock Island, and Neil Island—and crafted an itinerary that catered to my needs. They suggested places that I would have skipped if I were to plan on my own, like the Chidiyatapu hike and the Cellular Jail light show.
Excellent Communication: Alka was always readily available to answer my questions, both before and during the trip. She provided clear and concise information about everything. Suhas, the travel coordinator, also checked in with me throughout the trip to ensure everything was going smoothly. The communicating agents made me feel safe in a foreign land even though I was travelling alone.
Smooth Logistics: Airport transfers, accommodation, and activities were all seamlessly coordinated and punctual. I didn't have to worry about a thing! Even when there was a minor hiccup with visa approval, they were quick to arrange the bookings within just a day upon the confirmation and kept me informed.
Quality of Accommodation: The hotels they selected were good for the budget I gave. They were well-located and offered good service. Blue Nile Hotel stands out the most.
