Hi friends.
This is RAMYOGA from Saudi Arabia I am planned to Manali and Shimla trip, I have bad experience with travel triangle I need to give less than zero star but there no, I have been booked Ma (Read More)nali and Shimla trip from Dehil airport to return Dehil. On 29th dec. till 2nd Jan. they changed me INR 88,500. I have booked Innova car, but they send to airport Ertiga old type its not fixed my family of 5 adults and one infant , I refused, then they said that after 150 KM, change Innova 2019 model,
Actual Delhi airport not allowed less then 2020 Diesel models cars, but the transport manager Mr. Niraj Kumar conformed it will come Innova, but driver Binder send old ertiga car and changed after 150 km to Innova
I have contact person from Travel triangle (Advanceeasy trip) Mr.’s Roshni Kumar, she promised room with heater with Gala dinner, but after I reached after long drive from Delhi 9.30 am to till 1.30 am almost 16 hours after reach they asking money then I called her then I got heater, the Manali room very bad they are saying its 3 star but its not worth I can say Bed and breakfast hotel, money only waste it’s not worth,
On 31 we start from Manali 8.30 am and we reached Shimla 11.45 pm before 12.00 am on 1 Jan night In Shimla hotel we fix Gala dinner, but they did not allow again we have arguments with hotel people again call Roshni Kumar its take more them 45 minutes, in mean time we miss gala dinner after 12.30 am only they allow that also waste of money
Final day 2nd Jan night my flight was 9.30 pm T3 Dehil airport, the driver Binder said in Delhi there is stick it may be road closed we need to start at 2nd Jan early morning before 6 am without breakfast, as per his instruction we started, actually he is lyer there is no strike in Dehil. He reached Delhi 3.30pm before 150 km Delhi and waiting for same like first day ertiga, again I refused and he try to arrange another cab but we did not get till 7.30 pm finally after long time waiting he arrange two cabs from ola cars and send to airport while reached airport we have high blood pressure because heave traffic and very close time of closed flight boarding gate.
I had very bad experience and unfair people, its looks like scammed. This trip worth only 60k only but I paid 88.5k
This is totally my mistake I have paid as per their schedule payments, but the service was very poor and frustration
I am advising to all travels do not book this type of people, if by mistake you book don’t give full payment till you return to airport. This my strong advice to all

Dear sir,
1) I have booked innova cab but It was the fault of the transporter due to which this problem occurred. I am sorry for this and I will also work on it.
2) We have already told you that (Read More) Heater and Gala dinner are already added to it, so you are saying this wrong sir, you forgot that you suggested the hotel and you did not get the first option from us. Roshni Kumari always picked up your call sir, you called on 31st that the hotel is not given you the gala dinner, Roshni immediately talked to the hotel and got the gala dinner arranged so we took the amount from you for the gala dinner so we already got it arranged.
3) 2nd Jan sir Roshni have already told you that there is traffic jam so my driver had already updated you about this and that is why he asked you to leave early so that you can reach on time and catch your flight.
4) The strike was placed between Himachal to Ambala and not in Delhi sir if my driver was lying then you can see the news 2nd jan whether it was strike or not due to which the road was jam and the cab was not able to get out so we had to arrange another cab. we had to do it so that you could reach the airport early, but when Roshni last talked to you, you told him that you have missed your flight and after Roshni called the driver and asked him, he said that he had reached you on time, so sir, why are you lying? Sir, due to this whole strike problem, such issues had arisen, sir due to which I, the client and the transporter were worried.
but sorry' for all about thing sir, we also did not know that this would happen, we will correct the mistake from our side.
