Hotel in Nainital not good. Hotel in Mussoorie difficult to reach.
Great experience
Travelled with them for uttarakhand. They upgraded our car from desire to Nexon which was very comfort. Things arranged were quite smooth. Akash ji was always there listen to us during the trip.

Uttarakhand trip
Booked family trip with adventuremania. I got dedicated agent ashutosh who planned my trip. He is very clear about the hotels and itinerary. Our cab also broke down but they replaced it within sometim (Read More)e. Overall good company to plan your trip with.

I was traveling with parents and kid which I informed earlier as well.
-They THREATENED and STOPPED in between the CAB and didn't not mov (Read More)e when we raised concerns that breakfast was delayed to 12.30pm since no shops and driver was not aware of places. (This was already conveyed one night before to VIMERSH however nothing was done).
-We ourselves had to plan sightseeing!
- We were informed that for 2-3 days in AULI the food was nonveg and then we get to know that they didn't bother to inform the stay and we had to have veg. ( Additionally then we ordered ourselves).
-We kept asking the stay confirmation details but was never shared.
In the whole trip they were so irresponsible inspite of we calling and informing the foreseen issues about no planning.
****These guys Only gave a cab with a driver, who never travelled to these places! Our whole travel was horrible and scary experience instead of relaxation!
Worst Travel Experience with Adventuremania
I had Kerala trip booked through Adventuremania in Dec 23.Extremely poor service from the agent Adventuremania (Mr Sonu Kumar). Also extremely poor service from Travel triangle in terms of support. He (Read More)nce I will never book travel from either one of you ever in future.
- Firstly no cooperation from Agent side. He doesnt pick up calls or replies to chat. Extremely rude behaviour at times.
- Agent is very very badly organised. He didn't send final hotel list or contact persons till last moment even after repeatedly asking 100 times. Adding to that had wrong trip dates mentioned in voucher.
- Secondly even after full payment before trip the agent demands more money through hotels and drivers. This is really shady and has to be investigated.
- Agent mentioned delux rooms in quote and last day cheated and provided standard rooms saying they are default and he cannot do anything about it.
- Provided beautiful photos of houseboat only to find that houseboat provided was extremely average, room very congested and food of low quality.
This Adventuremania agent has to be blacklisted.
Travel triangle support is really lousy and they failed miserably in helping in my travel issues and coordinating with the agent. Travel triangle has no control and no power over agents.
This was my last trip ever with Adventuremania and Travel triangle.

Trip duration 5 night 6 days 26th Dec cost 48230 ..you got all the hotels as committed even 6 am check inn at kochi ..( 3 (Read More) feedback calls during the trip and we have the recording ..car over used till 10 pm almost everyday ..car on time ...you did not pay the car overused ..as well..itinerary shared way before..what else do you expect ..if you book for deluxe and look for suit and you it's dame hotel can't do anything sir...

ADVENTURE MANIA IS ASSOCIATED WITH TRAVEL TRIANGLE THEY COORDINATED WITH ME FOR MY TRAVEL AND STAY FROM DELHI TO ALMORA, BINSAR AND BACK. THE SO CALLED HOTEL THEY BNOOKED -BINSAR OAK PARADISE JUST HAS (Read More) 5 OR 6 ROOMS AND IS IN THE MIDDLE OF A VILLAGE . IT IS VERY FAR AWAY FROM ALL TOURIST DESTINATIONS. IT DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR A HOTEL. IT IS A HOMESTAY. IN THE MIDDLE OF A VILLAGE. THE ROOM WAS ALSO NOT GOOD. I REACHED AT NIGHT AROUND 10:30/11 PM FROM DELHI AS THE CAR PROVIDED BY THE AGENCY BROKE DOWN AND NEEDED MAINTENANCE THRICE AND BINSAR OAK PARADISE IS VERY VERY REMOTELY LOCATED. WHEN I REACHED I IMMEDIATELY DISLIKED IT AND WAS CONCERNED FOR SAFETY AS THE BATHROOM WAS SEPARATED BY ONE WALL FROM KITCHEN AREA AND THE WALL HAD OPEN WINDOW . THE ROOMS HAD GLASS DOORS WITH SEE THROUGH CURTAINS I COULD NOT GO TO WASHROOM OR CHANGE MY CLOTHES THE ENTIRE NIGHT. I KEPT CALLING ADVENTURE MAINA MR. SHIVAM'S NUMBER WAS SWITCHED OFF MR AKASH HAD NO INTEREST MR VIKAS PROMISED TO CHANGE HOTEL AND ITINIRARY FIRST THING IN THE NEXT MORNING BUT HE DID NOT REPLY. WHEN I CALLED HE WAS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE SOLUTION AND TOLD ME "DEKH LO APKO JAISE KARNA HAI" MY STAY ARRANGEMENT WAS NOT CHANGED AND I HAD TO STAY ONE MORE NIGHT AS I HAD ALREADY PAID 5600 FOR HOTEL AND 16000 TO DRIVER. WHEN I CHECKED OUT I WAS TOLD THAT HOTEL HAS NOT RECEIVED ANY PAYMENT SO I HAD TO PAY TO THE HOTEL 6165 INR. MR AKASH SAID KAR LO JO KARNA HAI THANKYOU. MY DRIVER WAS NOT PROVIDED ANY ACCOMODATION OR FOOD ARRANGEMENT SO I HAD TO PAY FOR HIS FOOD AND HE WAS MADE TO SLEEP ON KITCHEN FLOOR BY BINSAR OAK PARADISE. I HAD TO BOOK FOR MY ACCOMODATION DESPITE THE PROMISE OF MR AKASH AND MR VISHAL THAT SINCE I DID NOT STAY AT BINSAR OAK PARADISE FOR THE FULL DURATION THEY WILL GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. THEY DID NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND STOPPED COORDINATING WITH ME. THEY SAID YOU CAN DO IT ON YOUR OWN. SO I HAD TO IMMEDIATELY LOOK FOR ARRANGEMENTS WHICH COSTED ME A LOT BECAUSE DUE TO CHRISTMAS NEW YEAR TIMINGS THERE WAS PRICE HIKE AND AS SUCH ALMOST ALL THE HOTELS WERE FULLY BOOKED. THE HOTEL SUGGESTED BY VISHAL SUNITA ELITE IN THE BEGINNING WHEN I ASKED AAKASH TO MAKE BOOKING IN AT LEAST SUNITA ELITE HE SAID IT IS NOT POSSIBLE. I WAS CLUELESS AS TO WHOM SHOULD I TALK TO AND WHAT SHOULD I DO. IF I HAVE TO MAKE MY OWN ARRANGEMENTS FOR ITINERARY AND STAY WHAT FOR I NEED OR REQUIRE TRAVEL TRIANGLE OR ADVENTURE MANIA?
We were a group of 35 persons and we booked our trip through Adventure Mania. It was indeed a very memorable trip. Mr Sonu Kumar, took care of all details to make this trip enjoyable. The Tiger Groove (Read More) Resort is indeed a beautiful property with scrumptious food. The people there are very courteous and helpful. Thank you Adventure Mania!!

Dont ever go with TravelMania for any booking.
Very worst team I've ever come across. After you make the payment, nobody will pick your call or respond back in time.
They cance (Read More)l the hotel without my consent and demanded me extra money for alternative options. Even after paying the extra amount, they don't care what's the current situation with the traveller.
I want to highlight few names, Shivam, Simpy, Vansika, Simran and last but not the least Manu. Everyone is a scammer. They are behind your money only. They also partner with Travel agent to charge you extra money in terms of local sightseeing and activities.
I would not recommended anyone to book anything via TravelMania or Traveltriangle.
I had to pay everywhere extra then the amount quoted while booking.

I travelled uttarakhand through by the travel agency last week. If you will have any issue they never entertain after payment.

Been planning a trip with Adventuremania and the team is absolutely non-responsive to any queries or seeking assistant in the services that was initially offered.
Do not get fooled by the very prompt (Read More)response you get before you make your payment. Once you make the payment the quality of services goes down.

Worst experience
I recently booked a travel package through Adventure Mania, utilizing the Travel Triangle platform. Unfortunately, the services they promised to deliver were not provided as expected. (Read More) Additionally, my attempts to reach out and inquire about these issues were met with silence, as they failed to respond to my queries. This experience has been quite disappointing and frustrating.So many calls were made to them but they didn't answer. They have made my experience worst .literally my one day got wasted just to convey my problems which I faced because of adventure mania.
Very bad experience this time.Specially of the hotel provided by them. The hotel was not at all suitable for Family. Even though the concern was raised, immediately after check-in, no action taken and (Read More) the team was not even bothered to call and ask about any concern. Specially the Sales person name Chandrabhushan Jha. This is my second trip from this agency and first time was nice so I have gone for second time. But this time, they failed, to even consider a grievance.
