I suggest not to go with this travel agent. I had a very bad experience with them. Despite asking them to book atleast 3-star hotel, they booked a 2- star hotel. It was a pathetic place to stay and I (Read More)asked them to change the hotel. They did, but said that I have to pay extra since it's an immediate booking. When I told them that I have been insisting from so many days to book a 3- star hotel,why you then booked 2-star hotel. They did nothing and I ended up paying extra 3k for my 2 night stay in that hotel.
