Asian holidays staff is very polite and good behaviour. Hotels and vehicle was good except Guwahati hotel. It was average and not bad. Driver was very good. Our tour was good with our any problems
We the five friends, all are Senior Citizens, had a customised seven days eight nights Tour trip to Tawang - Bumla pass near Indo China border in Aruchanal Pradesh arranged by Asian Holidays and Exped (Read More)itions. Hotels/Tent house/Homestays were arranged for us at Nameri, Dirang, Sangtivalley, Tawang, Bomdila and Tezpur. Attached vehicle althroughout was provided since pick up from Guwahati Airport on 16th May '24 and back on 23rd May'24 to Guwahati Airport. Driver of the vehicle was also very good and cooperative. Inner-line permits for Arunachal Pradesh and Special Army permits for Bumla Pass (at 15300 ft. ) visit for all of us were arranged by Asian Holidays. All arrangements were of high standard. Time and again, they, specially Mr. Hari, Head of Asian Holidays and their representative Ms. Pompi enquired for any help required by us. Specially Mr. Hari, Head of Asian Holidays and Expeditions, was very prompt in action and managed our tour very efficiently and deserves a high applause. We enjoyed the serene beauty of entire route including Sela Pass and Bumla Pass, Tawang etc.( photos enclosed). Overall performance of Asian Holidays and Expeditions can be compares with any reputed travel agency. We look forward to avail more trips through them

We had a great experience overall with the tour. The driver was excellent and ensured our safety throughout the journey. All the hotels were nice, except for Wai International near Nehmari, which we d (Read More)id not enjoy. In Nehmari, we saw many peaceful home stays. We had requested to stay in the cleanest village, but the tour manager said no home stays were available there. However, we noticed that there were plenty of home stay options in that village.
In Cherrapunji, we checked the resort reviews, and while the resort was good, the operator reserved a very small room for us. Despite these issues, our overall experience was very nice. We will definitely book with you again in the future, but we will take more care regarding hotel bookings next time.
We had an amazing experience with the travel agency. The hotels that were provided was too good. The driver was professional. And the one who was coordinating our trip, Miss Kakoli she was just amazin (Read More)g her behaviour and the way she managed every thing was fanatastic. This was my first trip with my Daughter and son and it was a successful they loved it. Thank you Kakoli and to the whole team time making the Meghalaya trip a memorable one. Next time we will come to visit Arunachal .
Reposting my review as had to take down the earlier one - as the staff called me stating that the owner fired her and threatened to not pay pending salary ,unless my review was deleted.
Rather than a (Read More)cknowledging slip from their end ,they take it to whole new level of being unprofessional and inhuman by threatining there employee and harassing customers to take down their review.
Mistakes can happen anytime but its important you atleast acknowledge rather than apologize.
