We appreciate your assistance in planning our vacation to Kashmir. Both the hotel and houseboat accommodations were outstanding. Kashmiris are notoriously generous. Travelled 19th - 24th April. Travel agent is very un-professional & Non-cooperative & Non-responsive.
Cab provided is very old one & not comfortable at all.
Driver behaviour is very rude & drove the c (Read More)ar very rash.
When asked to switch on Heater / AC, not shown interest and he did that only for 10 - 15 minutes.
All the travel we did with lot of pollution & dirt as the cab windows are always kept open.
More over he tries to loot the money in either way, even though we made payment including all.
I request you to please think twice while opting this agency.

Please don't come into the trap by seeing 5 star reviews.
These might be fake or paid reviews.
The only happiest thing out of these worst is Hotels provided are good enough.
