What's Good: Chauffer, Mr Prem was a true gentleman, polite and had good sense of understanding things. He understood our situation really well and was cooperative through out the trip.
Hote (Read More)ls provided to us were good except the 1st day where they changed the hotel at the last moment
What's Not Good: *Feedback for Mr. Shali:*
We experienced several issues with the itinerary planned by Mr. Shali. The daily travel time was excessive, often taking 3-4 hours, and on two occasions, we arrived at our hotel as late as 12 AM. Furthermore, Mr. Shali failed to provide adequate follow-up support throughout our trip.
Additionally, we encountered difficulties with the payment process due to incorrect account details provided by Mr. Shali. This resulted in our payment being stuck, and we had to make an additional payment to resolve the issue.
*Feedback for Mr. N Hammad Ashroff:*
Unfortunately, our interactions with Mr. Ashroff were unsatisfactory. We found his communication style to be arrogant and loud, and he seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns. When we brought the issue of incorrect account details to his attention, he was unwilling to acknowledge the mistake.
Moreover, both Mr. Shali and Mr. Ashroff threatened to cancel our trip if the payment was not credited, despite being aware that the issue was due to their error. We were forced to make an additional payment to avoid any disruptions to our trip.
My wife and I had a traumatic experience with Aziz Travelland Lanka tours, particularly with Mr. Mohammad Ashroff's aggressive behavior. His loud and intimidating demeanor reduced my wife to tears on multiple occasions, leaving us feeling vulnerable and unsupported in a foreign country.
Unfortunately, our experience suggests that Aziz Travelland Lanka tours prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction, particularly after restarting their services post-Covid. With numerous alternative agencies available, I strongly advise against choosing this company.
While we were fortunate to return to India safely, I fear that others may not be as lucky. I urge you to exercise caution and consider more reputable options to avoid similar distressing experiences.
