I didn't like the taxi driver, didn't took us to sonmarg, saying its close and our friends said it was open and they visited, i (Read More) also didn't like houseboat, food in houseboat and also the person who was taking through dal lake, overall its average experience

we have given you best service but you misbehaved with hotel staff, driver, tour operator you used bad language. you have not paid all amount of your package. Don't blame travel agency for this. We ha (Read More)ve proof of your all conversations .

Ms Tuba is very courteous and well spoken. She has arranged the itinerary as directed. I have never faced any payment issue raised by the hotels, and I have always paid to Tuba directly.

Trip was excellent and managed. Hotels, dinning cab, cab driver were ok but with quebec (housebote) was worst. I spent worst and horrible night of my life at housebote. The cab driver left us with ver (Read More)y old shikarawala. No one was listening us on housebote. All cheater were assamble there and talking in there language. 12 June2024 I will never forget. Raining in night and hut like stay. I am giving poorest rating to this company if they are working with such irresponsible people. Next day before boarding on our return staff were demanding TIP ?Everything should clear about payment. Driver will left you on destination and you have to hire another mode to visit points, which is very costly. On the time of booking package it seems that all prise are included but in fact it is just opposite picture.In Pahalgam, gulmarg they are charging a lot of. In Jammu the hotel was 18 km away from main city. Ms tuba is well spoken and supporting but fail to manage my housebote stay and total trip. In fact "birds of same feather floks together"

The trip was very well organised. Our bad luck we missed gondola ride due to rain and excessive crowding. Our tour guide Ishtiyaq explained history, background and culture of all the places we visite (Read More)d and was an excellent host. He took us whereever we wanted to go with smile on his face.
