We really enjoyed the trip in total.
Hotel accommodation was good- excellent locatio (Read More)n- room was clean - but bathroom esp. need some repair - good breakfast with verity of food. Staff was very cordial. Our tour guide Mohd Fahz was very cordial and he perform his duty quite well. Local guide Leon was equally good and he knows his quite well. Driver was very calm and he knows his job well. Most of the lunch and dinner were good enough. We had visited almost all of the important places and both our guides done their job very well. We can further refer your travel group to our friends and relatives. We may book one or more trips with your Flywell as per the occasion. We have no hesitation to recommend your tour guide and tour plan
for others. In total we are quite satisfied with your management. Finally your local office staff in EKM Sreemol done a good job.

It was an amazing Kerala trip planned by Ms Vidya & Mr Joseph. Ms Vidya had helped in planning the itinerary in a very practical way given the duration of the trip was 9N/10D and too many permutations (Read More) & combinations were thrown by myself w.r.t itinerary, hotel options, room categories, meal plans, cab facility but Ms Vidya managed to close the booking as per our satisfaction.
Would not miss to mention that the support was not only for the trip planning & finalisation but also during the trip when it mattered the most.

The tour manager Muhammed Faiz was very helpful and was a guide in the true sense . The local guide the young Leon was very informative and answered all our quires with respect to Vietnam ??. The tour (Read More) was great for us because of them . Free time slotted in a short tour of five days should have been avoided . Overall enjoyed the trip ???
