The itinerary could have been better. Better recommendations as well could have improved the experience for the honeymoon. The itinerary was very hectic. The transfers were smooth. The drivers were go (Read More)od enough and experienced enough for the help. The drivers suggestions were good for smooth travel. In all decent experience and could have been alot better.
Meenakshi from Galaxy Travels arranged hotel and private pool villa for us for bali trip for 10 days. She did great job of understanding our requirements, identified most suitable properties, communic (Read More)ated well for every discussion and followed up well till last day of the trip. It was really a 6* experience. Drivers were timely, cabs were good.
She was very patient, thorough and upfront about everything in every discussion about selection of properties as it went on for more than 15 days(I was choosy about hotels). I would recommend Galaxy travel for planning your trips.
Recently we took trip to Malaysia and Singapore through galaxy travels. Our overall experience wasnt that great due to following reasons:
1. They go through third party vendors who are local to the to (Read More)urist place. They take your money fully and take their own time to book the hotels as they are dependent on the vendors.
2. The attractions they list in the package summary is different from whar you get. Package summary looked impressive. But what you finally get is different. In my case i was told genting island skyworld tickets are included but it was not sctually. Like wise they mentioned 2 way cable car but actual was one way.
33. Once you have arrived you cant do much because you only get the sight seeing tickets one day before from the vendor.
3. Even if you report this issue the travel agency never came back.
44.also they mentioned in the package summary KL tour is half day tour. But actual tour was couple of hours that too most of Sightseeing places were closed. We were very much disappointed.
5. I wouldnt recommend this travel agency for anyone.
5. Our over all experience wasnt that great. You are better off booking through a direct vendor.
