Our recent Europe tour experience with Gem Tours Mumbai:
Never plan a tour with them; they are extremely unprofessional. Recently, about 30 of us went on a Europe tour with them, including some Jain couples. Despite their promises, they did not provide Veg (Read More)and Jain food or snacks to any couple throughout the tour. Every restaurant served stale food. They lured us with promises of 3 or 4-star hotels but made us stay in ordinary category hotels. There was no coordination anywhere, and even after complaints, there was no response. These Gem Tour people are number one looters. They collect the entire amount in advance and then abandon you like orphans. They won’t assist you in any way abroad; whether you live or die doesn’t matter to them. They only care about their money. Never, ever make the mistake of going to any foreign country with them.

We have been with our parents to Kashmir through gem tours and travels in May 2022
Hygiene level of food was not acceptable. Most of them faced (Read More) upset stomach and diarrhea.
We were not provided with the accommodation which was promised but made to stay in the poor or dirty rooms and they charger us for almost 3 stat category. Hotels are changed without any prior notification. Absolutely false commitments by their sales agents when you book the tour.
We waited for 45 misn on airport and 2.5 hours in shikara for house boat which was horrible.
No tour manager was provide and no coordination among their agents.
The basis that, the majority of the points were communicated to senior Management but no level of responsibility being taken up by Gem Tours. Owners of Gem tour are also did not responded
If you wish to go on a relaxing vacation, please don’t opt for gem tours. They are worst.
We have wasted our hard earned money but don’t you waste it on gem tours and travels.
Also all good ratings are provide by internal staff and family members. Please do the self check.
Horrible tour to kashmir
Please do not select this travel co for your holidays. they will show you good hotels and nice picture eventually you will land up is horrible hotel.. once the full amount is paid you cant don anythin (Read More)g they will change all your Itenary at last minute. they should be banded from conducting tours.. we had a our worst kashmir tour in life time with this co.

Gems tour is vroust they had not return my money they have not booked my trip properly most of thing said to me that they are paid but that where unpaid

We r very happy in this tour. B coz none other travels provide Indian lunch in your but we get it only tour tour. As well as we r so happy without your Manager Mr. Ambar and Mr Roshan and Mr.Agrawal (Read More).they provide best service and guidance personally. As well as the driver Mr.Fefe drives safely. He is very cool guy. We r totally satisfied in this tour perhaps Mosselbay. In Mosselbay the housekeeping is not okay. In future if we want to go out of India we prefers first of all Gems tour bcoz of miss Neha mad
