We used the services of this company several times, everything went fine. We ordered a transfer from and to the airport. We also went on a Safari tour and to Nuwara Ellia with one overnight stay. Hi.! As a newly married couple we had a travelled to Srilanka for 6Days trip via white monkey travels(Glamour Asia travels and tours). They had a good gesture from warm welcoming to the end of the tr (Read More)ip. It was so comfortable inside the car and as well as driver(madhu) is also friendly and i don't face any difficulties for currency conversion from USD to LKR. And they had covered most of the places as mentioned in the itenary. and it was one of the best trip i have ever travelled. Kudos to the white monkey team and keep going.
In general, I’ve had a good experience with this company. I feel they gave me the reasonable prices for all rides I had with them like Airport Colombo - Galle 14.000 rupees, Galle - Dikwella 8.000, Di (Read More)kwella - Weligama 6.000, Weligama - Colombo for 17.000, Weligama - Yala Park 28.000 round trip. The drivers were punctual all the time, and the cars were clean (except the last one Weligama-Colombo). And the best thing was the drivers didn’t ask me questions, and I love it since I’m personally not a talker. The manager responds really quick, and he was really helpful even if I needed to change pick up time.
These are couple things I would advise to improve: 1. the cars should be equipped with the phone holders that would make the ride more safe. 2. Drivers SHOULDN’T have been texting when they are driving!! NEVER! It made me feel so stressed out. It’s really important to USA and European clients.
