Very bad experience

Title: Beware: Terrible Experience with My recent encounter with was a complete nightmare from start to finish. Initially lured in by enticing images and promises of a dream vacation, I made the mi (Read More)stake of advancing payment before experiencing their services firsthand. This turned out to be a grave error. Upon arrival, instead of the promised luxury accommodation, I found myself relegated to a shabby hotel that bore no resemblance to the glossy pictures I had been shown. The disappointment only deepened when the assigned driver, rather than being a courteous guide, turned out to be rude and shockingly misinformed. His misinformation led to the cancellation of our intended destination, leaving us stranded with no alternative plans in place. To compound matters, numerous local attractions were missed due to the apparent lack of organization and coordination between the travel agent and the transport services. It became painfully clear that there was a severe disconnect between what was promised and what was delivered. The cherry on top of this disastrous experience was the revelation that while our intended destination was Sonmarg, the instructions provided to the driver were for Dudhpatri, leading to further confusion and frustration. In summary, my experience with was an utter debacle. From the deceptive advertising to the dismal accommodations and unprofessional conduct of their staff, it's evident that this company prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. I strongly caution against entrusting them with your travel plans unless you're prepared to endure a similarly harrowing ordeal.
