Please note Andaman and Nicobar Islands have become tourism hot spot in the last few years and in tourism terms are still a young destination with most locals not aware or equipped with skill sets to handle cust (Read More)omers. All the hotels are not comparable to city standards and hence we would recommend guest to go through our reviews and pictures. Sometimes online reviews in many travel forum are fake and are self-generated. We recommend guest not to go by star category as this is quite misleading. Andamans is for people who are looking for a unique, adventurous and fun-filled holiday.
Hotels in Andamans have an early check in and check out time and this is because most of the flights/ferry come in early morning and the hotel requires at least an hour’s time to clean the room for the new guest checking in. This may cause inconvenience to you as you may have to check out early morning even though you have afternoon flight/ferry and would request all guest to cooperate with the hotel on their check in check out policy. We would love to provide a late check out for all our guests, however the same is not in our hands and we cannot confirm the same and this can only be provided by the hotel.
At Havelock since most hotels have an early check out and the ferry departs only at 1600 hrs we would recommend that guest can book some activity or hire cars or bikes to spend a few hours at a nearby beach and payment of which can be made directly to our representative at respective island. Do also note that at Havelock most of the hotels do not have room service, hot water and intercom facility.
We would suggest not to take M.A.P plan (Inclusive of dinner) as it has been noticed that many of the guests very often did not liked the food offered by the hotel and the prices per meal usually starts with rupees 350 per meal per person, which is

Terrible Experience – Avoid Gozandaman at All Costs!
Our experience with Gozandaman was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Everything seemed smooth until they took the full payment — after that (Read More), it was a nightmare.
They failed to book the proper light show tickets as promised, which was one of the key highlights of our itinerary. The car they provided was not what we had agreed upon — we were given a cramped van instead of a tempo traveller, making the journey uncomfortable for everyone.
To make matters worse, there was unprofessional behavior throughout the trip. They even got into arguments with us in the middle of the tour after everything had been paid for. On top of that, they had the audacity to demand extra money mid-way, which was never discussed before.
This kind of untrustworthy and rude behavior is unacceptable from any travel service. I would strongly advise others to stay away from Gozandaman. There are plenty of better, more professional options out there. Do not waste your money and ruin your trip with them.
If you want to have a peaceful vacation I would recommmend you to stay away from these cunning people. They will promise you a lot of things and change them at the last minute without even consulting (Read More)you. When asked to solve your problems they will create more problems. The owner is very rude and is not helpful or understanding at all. Moreover most of the entry tickets were paid by us even though they were promised to us in their package. Don’t entertain these people at all.
Crown for The worst tour and travel agency goes to GoZ Andaman. Initially they will try to lure you to buy their package by offering low prices. But after making full payment the manager will start ta (Read More)lking with you rudely. He will not listen to your demands, not fulfill the promises given in the package. The manager Amit will lie to you and try to take extra money from you. MY FELLOW TRAVELLER BOOK YOUR ANDAMAN TOUR FROM THIS AGENCY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Working with this travel agent was a complete disappointment from start to finish. Communication was slow and unprofessional. when I tried to address these issues during the trip, the agent was comple (Read More)tely unhelpful and dismissive. I was left to fix problems myself that I paid them to handle. This whole ordeal turned what should have been a relaxing vacation into a stressful mess. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere—this was a waste of money and time.
I booked through this company and their poor customer service ruined the experience.Definitely won't be using them again, and I'd strongly advise others to look elsewhere

Me and My family recently visited Andamans through GoZ Andaman Tours and Travels, Amit, the guy who manages everything is a liar and a scammer, we were promised a luxurious Traveller Vehicle which was (Read More) not fullfilled but we were duly charged for it, we were promised a smooth and hassel free experience, which was definitely not delivered. All entry tickets for ferries and other transfers which were supposed to be “included”, were not and we paid for all of these from our pocket, despite having paid him the full tour package amount. Our driver was changed last minute without prior information and we were provided a rude and non-cooperating driver. Anyone planning to use their services, please do not, your mood will be ruined through out
