Kanthraj from Goldenskyholidays has been the best as far as coustomer service is concerned. very flexible, he coustomised our trip as per our need and helped fixing budget as well. he advised what is (Read More) the best as per our traveling days. we can confidently proceed with his advises / recomendation. at every stage, follow-ups, made sure its hazzel free trip. one of the best agency i came across.

Golden Sky Holidays provided a good service and the agent had followed up me frequently and explained all the details and supported a lot The driver (Magesh) also helpful and supported us in entire t (Read More)rip. Only one minor issue is at Trivendram the hotel service was not good.

Goldenskyholiday services are very good. But,There is no cell signals and sufficiently wi fi to use the mobile at munnar u alloted hotels for us.

accommodation is very bad ,payment received for 4star but accommodation provided in poor hotels. In munnar and allepy hotels were very bad, I never experienced such bad trip.pl dont suggest to others.

Pros: Goldensky Holidays have done a good service by following up with me and tweaking their tour program to suit my needs. Cons: The driver they arranged for the tour was horrible. a) He didn't und (Read More)erstand / speak English / Hindi; b) has extraordinary inflexible attitude; c) Never ready to accommodate our requests.
