Kashmir Trip

Everyday throughout the journey and before journey I called mam everyday. Not a single day that she has not received my call. Always she received my calls and replied me. Also they have provided me a facility to pay the payments in parts. On last day Owais sir who is basically the Owner of this company very down to earth n humble personality came to the hotel to meet us and asked if We had any issue during the journey or not. All the hotels they have given was just 4 start properties with great service and co-operative staff.
Surely, I would choose Happy jacks
as my Travel Planner for future journeys.

We came here for the first time. During our planning we had lot of doubts and fears about travel agencies as we heard there are scammer out there as well. But we came accross happy jacks through holid (Read More)yfy. Ms. Khushboo contacted us and briefed us about each and every information. She is very kind and proactive. Throughout the process from querying till booking she was very generous and friendly. After booking with Happy Jacks, Ms. Khushboo provided every required information like hotel booking details, cab details and postpaid sim information and others. We really enjoyed our trip with Happy Jacks.
Our driver Mr. Firdous is very gentle and soft spoken.
About payments - we paid 20% during Booking then 30% after hotel booking confirmations. Rest 50% was paid after we arrived here in Srinagar.
We stayed at Royal Heritage hotel in Srinagar for 2 days. Here we also had candlelight dinner and cake atranged for us by Happy Jacks. Stay at Royal Heritage was awesome. Then one night we stayed at a house boat new golden flower. Staying at House boat is little challenging during winters. Then in pahalgham we stayed two nights at Elegant resort which is also nice resort. All in all best hotel was Royal Heritage at Srinagar.
Overall our trip was very good.

Had booked a Kashmir package along with Amarnath yatra between 23rd and 28th July '24. Holidify had recommended Happy Jacks as one of the agencies to go with.
Aneesha from Happy Jacks was the person (Read More)handling our account. The entire holiday went flawless and Aneesha was always there whenever needed.
She used to call at least twice a day, just to check if everything was ok. Couple of times, there were some problems like we could not return to the Amarnath base camp due to some issues with the helicopter and I could not reach out hotel in Sonmarg to inform on our return the next morning. At around 9:30 pm, called Aneesha on the same. Within minutes, she organised the same and reverted.
I was very happy with the whole experience of dealing with Happy Jacks. Now, since I have their contacts, in future, I'll directly contact them for any holiday plans in Kashmir.
