Kashmir Trip
First of all I would like to Thanks, Azra,Iram and Owais sir for organizing such a wonderful trip to Kashmir. The cab driver they had provided was just awesome. He helped us a lot for guidance through (Read More)out the journey.
Everyday throughout the journey and before journey I called mam everyday. Not a single day that she has not received my call. Always she received my calls and replied me. Also they have provided me a facility to pay the payments in parts. On last day Owais sir who is basically the Owner of this company very down to earth n humble personality came to the hotel to meet us and asked if We had any issue during the journey or not. All the hotels they have given was just 4 start properties with great service and co-operative staff.
Surely, I would choose Happy jacks
as my Travel Planner for future journeys.

When I planned a vacation to kashmir, I was really confused how the trip will be going to an entirely new place, I arranged through Happy Jacks Tours Ms Muskaan and Ms. Hania arranged an excellent p (Read More)lan and made my vacation happy and memorable, i must thank Muskaan and Hania for their plan. The hotels booked for me at Katra, Pahalgam, Srinagar were excellent and the food served to us in the hotels were very good. Experience in the House Boat is very memorable, the car driver Mr Muzafar was also a nice person, a guide and very friendly I have to specially mention his name also to make our travel in Kashmir memorable.
I wish to visit kashmir again through Happy Jacks if God bless me and my health permits me.

Initiall (Read More)y I was having many doubts about the trip management like how the car and driver will be?? Hotels will be good or not?? Or how agency will manage??Many things...but the behaviour and knowledge of the Driver "AQIB" was excellent....my family parents and kids were very comfortable....and every day Muskan Ji was in our contact and guiding.
Hotel rooms were good specially in Pahalgam "Home 2" and in Gulmarg "Apple Tree".we enjoyed their hospitality and property.

We took 8 days package from Happy Jacks and overall the trip was good. Thanks Aneesa for arranging everything. Not entirely happy because there were some miscommunications, like we were not told the d (Read More)river would be available from morning till 6pm because our driver would leave us around 2-3pm to our hotels and leave for his home and we had nothing to do for rest of the day. And the locations of hotels were not good. Gulmarg hotel was 30kms away from Gulmarg & Pahalgham hotel was 7kms away from Pahalgham (yes we were given options to choose but only 2 options each) and only 1 option for Gulmarg. The planning of the trip could be improved specifically for Gulmarg knowing the weather conditions there as locals. After a long tiring day we had to go back to Srinagar from Gulmarg at midnight. I am only writing this as a honest feedback so that you can improve for your future tours and no polished feedback so hoping you’d take this feedback positively. ?
