We took 8 days package from Happy Jacks and overall the trip was good. Thanks Aneesa for arranging everything. Not entirely happy because there were some miscommunications, like we were not told the d (Read More)river would be available from morning till 6pm because our driver would leave us around 2-3pm to our hotels and leave for his home and we had nothing to do for rest of the day. And the locations of hotels were not good. Gulmarg hotel was 30kms away from Gulmarg & Pahalgham hotel was 7kms away from Pahalgham (yes we were given options to choose but only 2 options each) and only 1 option for Gulmarg. The planning of the trip could be improved specifically for Gulmarg knowing the weather conditions there as locals. After a long tiring day we had to go back to Srinagar from Gulmarg at midnight. I am only writing this as a honest feedback so that you can improve for your future tours and no polished feedback so hoping you’d take this feedback positively. ? We came here for the first time. During our planning we had lot of doubts and fears about travel agencies as we heard there are scammer out there as well. But we came accross happy jacks through holid (Read More)yfy. Ms. Khushboo contacted us and briefed us about each and every information. She is very kind and proactive. Throughout the process from querying till booking she was very generous and friendly. After booking with Happy Jacks, Ms. Khushboo provided every required information like hotel booking details, cab details and postpaid sim information and others. We really enjoyed our trip with Happy Jacks.
Our driver Mr. Firdous is very gentle and soft spoken.
About payments - we paid 20% during Booking then 30% after hotel booking confirmations. Rest 50% was paid after we arrived here in Srinagar.
We stayed at Royal Heritage hotel in Srinagar for 2 days. Here we also had candlelight dinner and cake atranged for us by Happy Jacks. Stay at Royal Heritage was awesome. Then one night we stayed at a house boat new golden flower. Staying at House boat is little challenging during winters. Then in pahalgham we stayed two nights at Elegant resort which is also nice resort. All in all best hotel was Royal Heritage at Srinagar.
Overall our trip was very good.
