Worst experience
High fly has not provided the facilities mentioned in the itinerary and Miss Chandana Chavan and Sunil had promised of refunding amount, 4, months gone, till date they have not refunded any amount and (Read More) they have stopped responding and Chandana, Sunil.
Very Poor
Totally misleading company. I am still awaiting my refund. I had booked a honeymoon trip to Bali with them. They did not provide the dinner that was included in the package and promised a refund, whic (Read More)h I am yet to receive. The planning and support were extremely poor, especially from Sunil Sharma. I was really frustrated with his lack of professionalism. Beware of dealing with Mr. Sunil Sharma.
Additionally, the package mentioned a deluxe suite room, but when I arrived in Bali, they gave me a standard room that was infested with cockroaches and had a bad odor. I contacted the owner, Jaspreet Sethi, but he has not responded, and his behavior has been extremely rude.
Do not book any trips with Fly High.

Pathetic and worst
High fly trip is worst agency. Never hire this agency, they promise you so many things and at the time of delivery they will not even answer your call.
Let me list out the things which I faced with (Read More)the agency:
1. I was travelling with a 3 yr old kid. I asked them to provide me a hotel which will provide room service. At the last moment they suggested me, this is the best hotel as per your needs. I said ok. When we reach at the hotel, the hotel told us we don’t have any room service of food in hotel. Only we provide breakfast. I tried to call the agency they didn’t bother to call me back or address my concern.
2. I have made my itinerary as such that pick up time for us was 11:00am but when we reached in Singapore. They told us the pick up time is 9:30am. Every time I have to beg them to change the pickup time. I tried to call the agency they didn’t bother to call me back.
3. To top it, I had to follow with them, in a day advance, what will I cover here. When is the pick up time, etc. There is no one informed in their operation team or in their team, who knows what things will be covered. How to go about the venue. No guidance will be provided from their end. It’s better you book by Klook and travel by yourself. Klook is much cheaper in service and is more time convenient.
4. Please do ask in advance what will be covered in city tour. They will fool you there. They told us city tour, and after 3 hrs they told us our time for city tour is over. We have consumed lots of time in Petronas, so now they won’t take us anywhere else. We told them we need to have lunch break, they told us it’s not covered in city tour. Their response was so hilarious. We had booked pvt cab for our convenience but this is how their service quality was.
Pathetic experience, pathetic quality of service, no coordination among their team. Travel agent will make false promises, and mislead you at the time of your requirement. After the trip I felt so mislead by the agency.

We had recently booked bali trip through Hi Fly Trips. Totally it was a pleasant trip and the cab pickups were hassle free. We had great time there. Here i would like to share some pros n cons so tha (Read More)t in future we could have excellent memories through this agency.
Pros:
1. Convenient charges
2. Jaspreet sir and the team were attentive to our calls.
3. What i asked they tried to provide.
4. Hotels were good and the villa stay ( bumi linga villas) was a very good idea. Here one can spend more time.
5. Drivers were soft spoken.
Cons:
1. They must collect more information regarding any good visiting place so that customer can enjoy all the things from the place.
2. Cabs drivers with whole knowledge must be hired for the trip as it could be time consuming.
3. Our last day trip was so mashed up that we could barely enjoyed those beautiful places.
4. Swiss bell hotel was no doubt was very nice place to stay but for vegetarians there are approximately no options to have as breakfast.
Despite all these cons all other arrangements were very nice . One can plan for bali trip through this agency. We will plan our future trips through this agency.
We are definitely going to recommend this agency to our relatives and friends.

I booked the tour of Kuala Lumpur and Langkawi for 2 of us my sister and me. Sunil was taking care of the trip. Initially everything looked very good but later we got worried because till last day we (Read More)did not have any booking voucher. We had to follow up for a zillion times and finally one day before the journey we came to know our hotel was not booked in KL. We paid for 4 star and he booked us in 3 star. So day 1 we stayed in 3 star very bad hotel and finally we were shifted to a 4 Star hotel. So basically there were lot of lagging before the trip which gave us a lot of tension. But finally our tour started which was managed by Anjana Global and excellent agency who took really good care of our entire trip. Special thanks to Murli and Nanci who were constantly in touch with us. High Fly was absolutely disappeared from the scene. Anjana Global took care of us perfectly. Also we repeatedly told Sunil that we are pure vegetarians still he didn't inform this to Anjana Global and booked our Langkawi resort at a place where there was not even a single vegetarian option. So full stars for Anjana Global and the stars deducted are for high Fly.
