The tour company was ok but they should guide the guest and customers for avoiding the scam being done by the different people in tourist places.
Also we had Gondola ride in Gulmarg included in our pa (Read More)ckage but tour operator didn't book the ticket in advance.Later we were told that we have to go to Gulmarg early morning for offline tickets.if that is the service by Hilton then why we pay extra to you. We could have planned on our own only . Hence we missed the fun in Gulmarg.Srinagar hotel was very good but Pahalgam was not so good one

Hilton Tour and Travels has collaborations with excellent hotels, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay—even when we checked in as late as 2:00 AM! Our driver, Munna Bhaiya, was an absolute gem. More than just a driver, he was a wonderful guide and an incredibly kind person. He was polite, knowledgeable, and ensured our journey was smooth and comfortable. His excellent driving skills kept us safe on Kashmir’s scenic but tricky roads. He also shared local insights, helping us discover hidden gems, authentic local food, and the best shopping spots. Munna Bhaiya went above and beyond—he never let us carry our luggage and was always punctual and helpful.

Only word of caution is that all places have scammer ( pony rider,ice photographer,union cabs etc)who tries to fool you and tourist need to negotiate properly .
