I booked land package from Holiday Spirit for Dubai from 26-30 Mar 24. Mr Aman is there who coordinated the package and it was excellent arrangements in Dubai from arrival till departure. My flight ch (Read More)anged and I reached two hours early in Dubai and on a very short notice support team arranged early pickup during night. The Hotel, Marco Polo, allowed early check in and late check out. Hotel was very nice and comfortable, transfer and sightseeing were very good. Everything was well planned and well executed. Great service. We went for a Singapore trip and Holiday Spirit made it a memorable journey. The package price was very reasonable and would like to do the bookings in the future as well.
Seeing this fake reviews i took malaysia package with them, aman who gave me the package, this tourist guys should understand what client requires, i paid lot of money for uber ola kind of service . (Read More)I never experienced this type of service in any country. Those tourist guide doesn’t guide us properly they only what to drop and go for otherpick up. I took private basis still no use instead of taking package with them you guys can take local cab service which is much more cheaper. They just do the same uber type service, they give us the pickup time according to their convinience . The whole 7days trip went waste. We have to check out the hotel at 12pm and our pickup was at 4.40pm. They wasted our whole day time. Even same thing happened in langkawi , they took us to the places where they will get benefited and they won’t give island tour . Langkawi days also went waste . They wasted our time and money. Taking trip with them is the biggest mistake. Paid 80k for this package, instead we would have taken a local transfers. Already they had given a limited sight seeing, Even they won’t that. Worst part is they dint alow us to go inside the famous Murugan batu caves temple since the driver cant wait until our visit itseems. Thats is really worst.
Dubai trip experience was very nice..it was good hospitality.. not even single experience bad... everything was arranged well by aman sir and team...
