Trip to Pahalgam, Srinagar, Gulmarg, Sonamarg

Holidays Dreamer Diptansu & Himani (Banti & Babali ) had given a package (holidays dreamer) for selected hotel and travel packages in Srinagar for 6 nights 7 days total Rs 2 lakh 12 thousand we paid a (Read More)lmost 90% of this ie Rs 1 lakh 89 thousand and remaining 10% amount on the last day still 23 May 2023 to 26 May 2023 It is very sad that team holidays dreamer tried to leave us family and children alone on the road in the jungle area of Gulmarg. Trying to torture us mentally and financially for the balance amount of only 10% is inhumane and highly reprehensible. The Holiday Dreamer team treated my family and friends so inefficiently and wrongly.
We expected quality services from holidays dreamer. As they are unable to provide uninterrupted services
They give wrong commitment. World's worst & poor service so don't book anything, anywhere from holidays dreamer.

Hope you are doing well ! whatever allegations you have leveled against our company so far are completely baseless. we are giving you th (Read More)e answer after sharing it with our entire team e.i, (Mr. Dipanshu & Kalpana Joshi) all the allegations leveled by you are baseless for which we have solid proof.
In the final itinerary email we gave you, a line was clearly written that if the mentioned hotel in the itinerary given to you is not available due to high peak season, we will give you the similar property. The hotel given to you in the mail is three stars in the final itinerary and after changing your hotel you were given a similar hotel the name of (Hotel Ice Land Srinagar) and this property is also a 3 star property which we have solid proof of. however, before your trip. we had shared the details over email and telephonic conversation. for this property you made an advance that you agreed to this given property.
Even you guys didn't follow any terms and condition scores of our company. Especially Mr. Baban even though we did not receive your payment on the date mentioned in the breakup payment date in the payment tax invoice sent to you by mail with the final itinerary. Despite non - receipt of payment, we ran your trip for 03 days. and while the clip was playing, we called you several times to get you a payment reminder. but we were not getting any kind of positive response from you people. and during this, while talking to mr. Baban, in the telephonic conversation, said that we will give you the last payment after the drop at the airport, which we did not mention anywhere. even during this trip all this, let us keep your trip continuous. But Mr. Baban has taken this decision of his own free will that we will not continue your tour anymore. during the we tried very hard to explain to Mr. Baban that the level of your trip is going on in pre booking and your all hotels are already booked from our side so if you cancel your tour here by yourself and you do not take our services then in this situation all your payments will be non - refundable from our side. and in this situation we applied our cancellation policy. which is also mentioned in your package.
And Sir, who are claiming that we had stopped your car in a forest, then we would like to tell you that in Kashmir the car never runs in the forest. Vehicles will be on the road and you are the reason for stopping the vehicle. The vehicle was stopped because you were not paying and the second reason is that you were misbehaving with the driver, whose claim the driver himself was making to us. For which we have proof.
Whatever problem happened in your tour, you yourself are responsible and so is Mr. Babban sir. You didn't listen to us at all and you just followed your heart. You guys were explained many times and a proper assistant was given. But you guys didn't cooperate with us at all and you guys only argued with us. And that's all we have shared with you in this mail so far. We have strong evidence of all these things, which we can prove and show further.
This case of yours is completely baseless and non-considerable, which we do not accept at all, because we have strong evidence of this and if you talk about compensation, then let us tell you that in this condition your entire amount is zero refundable. Whose punishment we had already done with Mr. Babban. We hope that you understand whatever we have shared with you so far and like a sensible person will decide between right and wrong.
