We had a disappointing experience with Ravi Sinha as our travel agent during our Kashmir trip. Firstly, he failed to inform us about the necessity of a postpaid SIM card for the region, which caused (Read More)significant inconvenience. Our top priority was having a good driver, but he didn't ensure this either. Moreover, we felt poorly guided throughout the trip, particularly with the houseboat stay, which was not worth it. Overall, the lack of proper guidance and communication led to a less than satisfactory experience. We expected better service and attention to detail.
