What's Good: Thel accommodation and transport was very well arranged. Jyotsna is really good at her job and was very quick to make all the bookings. Infact ours was a very last minute booking, (Read More)but she managed to get us going..No other agent would have got this done so quick am sure. Also you can reach her any time of the day. Anytime she was ready with the details I asked.
What's Not Good: We only expected the local team in Singapore to be more active.

Very unprofessional, Jyotsana is not having tour managing skills. No proper planning, out of 4 days 2 days was nothing planned,very poor coordination.

At the very start of the discussion with you regarding the package, your main focus was to cut down the cost of the package in any way and it's not that anythi (Read More)ng was kept hidden from you. All the Inclusions mentioned in the package that you confirmed were provided by the company. Later on, when your husband came in to the picture and asked for the tours to be added, options were shared with you by our agent but as you know there's nothing that could have been added without incurring any additional cost so you chose not to add anything. I hope there isn't any fault/error from our side. Would look forward to serve you again.

Many issues during our trip, from dirty water in washroom for bath to worst room location in Princesses kamala hotel,and it's fine, things happen that you can't control but atleast they can try to hel (Read More)p and support you and that's where the problem was with JD Online. The guy who was sitting their to help us had a "I don't care attitude" and almost ruined our entire trip but thanks to Jyotsna who helped us during our entire trip. At the end we were offered a dinner as well from JD travel but we refused as a dinner can not make up for the bad experience we had, especially on the morning of phi phi Island tour. With all this 5 stars for Jyotsna for her support during our trip.
