Honeymoon Package

I recently booked Dubai trip via travel triangle with J Square....All surprises and shocks...sales person talks sweetly to bag the booking and owner (Janit) smartly starts chatting as if we are indebt (Read More)ed to them since by the time we start the trip all our money is paid. we usually go for life time experience..but for them its one another family...There are many bad and worst experience they gave..few listed.. Summary: Time, energy and money waste..instead of having memories, we will have suffering and agony. Will not suggest any one to book with this company as Owner himself does not know how their partners operate in overseas trip and always argue with customers. Few of manay worst experiences:
1) They say SIC....usually we think SIC means a van / coach where we sit and enjoy our journey along with other tourists. This company SIC is accomodating 6 members in 4 seater vehicle. Horrible experience we had for 2 hrs journey. When contacted local operator and Janit (Owner of JSquare), they say this is what agreed. When try to call sales person who closed the deal, she will not lift the phone.
2) They will send Which ever vehicle is free. Least bothered about the committed and agreed mode. SIC / Private ...both are horrible.
3) Their vehicle tour is of Uber drop and pick up..No driver or guidence ...they just dropped in one attraction and say ..come after 1 hr or so...tats it.. what to see, what not to see.. no one tells/guides. Message what we get from J Square is ..we should know all what needs to be seen before going. So finally they point fingers at us. few of the attractions we missed and we we covered on our own going in personally booked taxis.
4) They will forget a small fact that we are new to any country..they just dropped at dubai mall and expecting to see what is available.. we missed to watch fountain and we were in queue for 7 hours for having a view at burj..by that time, tour operator calls and say, drivers are getting late and u take taxi on ur own and go to hotel. When we are new to country, this is the responsible tour agents we have and leave all of us to our fate.
5) everything in Whatsapp... they have not told...message is every where in dubai, we have internet. Jatin (Owner of JSquare) does not even know this that there are many places where internet is not available..and tries to blame customers (We) that we dont know anything.. heights of his business mind.
Need to carry sim card, international roaming, internet enabled, need to study fully about the country and attractions and be self independent ..these are the expectations from J Square.
J Square operates tourisits just like uber pick and drop service of the vehicle.. this can be done by ourselves and no need of any agency for this i beleive where we pay heavy margins for J Square and their partners.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. There is no option less than 1 star so selected to give this feedback.
I know after seeing this review you will reply as sorry...terms misunderstood, cabs are like that etc., As a owner you need to think in our shoes as to what went wrong and how to correct and develop business instead of giving lame reasons just to pat yourself. Owner should be aggressive in making customers happy and not to go in justifying and adament manner.
anyways, its your firm and your wish. but never ever again book with you guys nor refer.
