Our trip to Bangkok, Krabi and Phuket was meticulously planned by Kamaha staff. Pickups were prompt right from the airport and a daily reminder of the next days activities would be sent by WhatsApp in (Read More) advance. The hotels were located right in the happening places and making it very convenient to move about in the evenings.
I would definitely approach Kamaha team for my next vacations too... !!!

Call her (Ankita) just now. U will get response within minutes. 24 x 7. No holiday no break. V experienced it. V compared her plan that was made according with two other renound hi-fi companies & foun (Read More)d cheaper, facilities almost equivalent and one more city was added to explore in our thiland tour.

Experience with them was not so good, hotels were not good, food was not provided properly, response from agent was not in time. Overall a bad experience

Sudha (B2B agent) had booked domestic package (Srinagar + Katra + Amritsar + Delhi) She asked for basic budget hotels(2*) & price was paid for the same only, still we booked 3* hotels. Further her cl (Read More)ients were expecting 5* hotels in the price of budget hotels (because of the false promises made by Sudha & Malesh).
Client called us at early mornings & late nights instead of calling there agent (Sudha), still we responded them every time immediately as all females were travelling & helped them wherever needed.
Clients were promised dinners etc by Sudha which were not a part of the package since the starting that is why they were disappointed.
Wrong promises were made by Sudha & Malesh (B2B agent) to the clients so their expectations were more than the price paid. We had a very bad experience working with Sudha & Malesh.

My vacation to Thailand for a period of 10 days was fantastic, thanks to Kamaha team. The hotel locations were superb and located right in the middle of the happening areas. Had booked a trip to Kuala Lumpur recently with KAMAHA. A big Applaud for Ankita, the way she organised the trip and itinerary. A very reliable person who was there throughout the trip and yes she is (Read More)just one touch away to get connect as she is very responsive and active. She understands your query patiently. I have seen other travel agencies, they’re very keen on making profits. Here with KAMAHA I didn’t find any. My stay was very good in a 4 star hotel and the pick-up and drop transport was on time and very cooperative cab drivers. Definitely I would recommend highly to others to book any trips with Kamaha without any second thought

All the transits were hassle free.. we got their constant support during the travel as well.. all the hotels they chose were luxurious.. the food, the ambience everything was good.. they upgraded our hotel as well... We really enjoyed the trip as we didn't have to worry about any cab bookings or reaching places on time.. everything was well mapped and organized.. the service we got were top-notch..

I had booked a family tour with Kamaha to Thailand for 8 nights/ 9 days which included 4 different cities. Being our first abroad trip as a family of three, I was a litt (Read More)le paranoid at first, but my worries quickly vanished when the team contacted over WhatsApp, by creating a group and patiently explaining everything and resolving all my queries.
Right from the start to finish, everything was like clockwork and I did not have to worry at all about anything due to the awesome management by the team and wonderful coordination with their associates on ground at Thailand. Travelling with our infant daughter, we couldn't have asked for a smoother, enjoyable and carefree trip, all thanks to the team at Kamaha. I had requested for amendments in the hotels and few itineraries and everything was accomodated very well, which speaks volumes of their flexibility.
Full credits to the whole Kamaha team (Mohit, Abhishek and Ankita) for being such thorough professionals. Also, a special mention about Mohit who was always in communication over call and WhatsApp throughout the trip for resolving even the minutest of things. He even arranged to pick up one of our check-in baggages that did not arrive at Bangkok!!
