We senior citizens 9 of us took a 12 day trip to Turkey, we were sure about our food choices being Vegetarians , was promised in the itinerary shared and we were left home and dry without proper lunch (Read More) and dinners We were promised lunch and dinners and was not provided. Missed Palmukkale day trip as they failed to communicate what they received from Viator, we kept on waiting and finally hired private vehicle which costed us Euros 820 and promised to look into it orally. Next day coach to airport never turned up and had to hire 3 taxis in the last moment by paying 3000 Turkish lira and they confirmed reimbursement by whatsapp, finally we were informed that there will not be any reimbursement.Hence we are taking legal action .

We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you on trip. We do understand that due to change in itinerary you face an issue. But sir i hope you remember you guys' cancel (Read More)led ad than reschedule the trip at last moment due to which lunch and dinner was removed from itinerary. For Pamukale the local provider contacts you one day prior to the trip, however you were not available as per the promised time. We have shared the screenshot of the conversation. In the whole trip, you guys had an argument and a fight with local poviders. we got all the messages from the local tour guides. I believe you were awared about the policies.

We recently booked a trip and unfortunately, our experience was marred by poor service, lack of communication, and unfulfilled promises. Issues: 1.⁠ ⁠Pick Up Car : : We were stranded in a foreign co (Read More)untry where the car arranged to drop us to the Airport did not arrive . The agency failed to notify us or provide any assistance. We had to book a last minute taxi , for which they confirmed us that they will pay up the fare and we are still awaiting the refund even after 2 weeks of the travel. . 2.⁠ ⁠Hotel Mix-up: The hotels booked was not as per the itinerary shared , and we were given a lower-category hotels without any explanation. 3.⁠ ⁠Itinerary Changes: The agency made changes to the itinerary without confirming , resulting in missed tours and activities.Also in one instance the same tour was booked for 2 days . 4.⁠ ⁠Unresponsive Customer Service: Multiple calls and emails to the agency ( Ankit Bajaj and Manish) went unanswered or were met with unhelpful responses. Poor Communication: The agency's communication was inconsistent, and were often left in the dark about important details. They failed to provide timely updates, and their responses were often vague or dismissive. Lack of Transparency: The agency's pricing was unclear, and I was surprised by hidden fees and charges. ( Specially on GST charges for visa processing and T CS) Unreliable Services: The agency's services were unreliable, and we felt abandoned during the trip. Recommendation: Based on our experience, we would not recommend them to anyone. Their lack of accountability, poor communication, and unfulfilled promises made my trip stressful and disappointing. Don't take any ride from them they after booking tickets they will not entertain you in any way
