Misbehave and rude attitude

I have booked Andaman package from here.. after all the payment .. lockdown got implemented in Andaman. So,Rohit (owner) has deducted 6k for govt ferry booking& informed us that local coordinator will (Read More) not refund u the entire ferry cost which was 6k but actually when we visited Andaman we came to know the ferry charges were low & local coordinator has not booked any tickets in advance. So when we called Rohit to clarify things, he talked rudely & badly & also misbehave over the call.. & told that u ll not get ur 6k do whatever u want !!

We planned out trip to Thailand. I search at Google any travel agent and Mr. Rohit no. He briefed me about Thailand trip in a very explained comfortable way. Finally we fly to Phuket first and enjoyed (Read More) full day in phi phi Ireland with big boat. Then we moved to Karabi, enjoyed at 7 ireland with speed boat with some activities. Then lastly moved to Bankok and enjoyed there also by visiting at Marine and world safari park. The way the management team specially Mr. Rohit , Divya and Harish and other local guys in Thailand managed the fantastic accommodation and transportation were really appreciable. Thank you so much all team members.
