I am extremely pleased with the services provided by KOH for our recent trip to Singapore. With just three weeks to plan and execute, they were able to organize everything flawlessly. I would special (Read More)ly want to give a huge shoutout to Shruti from their team. She worked closely with us to customize the itinerary based on our specific needs, especially considering we were traveling with a senior citizen and a 2.5-year-old child. Throughout the planning process, she was always available to address any doubts or concerns we had, making us feel reassured every step of the way. The visa process was also made incredibly smooth, with no delays or issues, even though we applied for visa just 2 weeks before the travelling date. She helped us minimize costs without compromising on the quality of the experience, which was greatly appreciated. Our experience with the ground team was also fine. They refunded us the money for one of the sightseeings, which was temporary closed on our day of visit. I highly recommend KOH for anyone looking for a hassle-free, well-organized and customized trip.
