Follow up to book tour package is good .. payment follow up is great .. hotels are good …listing intensity is very well .
But Communication gap between the coordinators and drivers , Drivers not cov (Read More)ered the places what is listed in the itinerary… Drivers always thinking in their perspective .. they follow their itinerary not what listed in the Package … I am really disappointed the places that I had missed in Peeling .. Driver covered few places and took us directly to Darjeeling as he has to return early to home. He was completely drinking beer and smoking when ever we hopping…. I can understand that’s because of climate but still car smells and we can’t open windows as climate is cool and we can’t close as it’s smelling inside car … In Darzeeling the Hotel booked was in one way and it’s in up hill Drivers denied to do round about and drop at the door step we have climb 3 times that up hill and got down 3 times even at 4am in the morning ..with huge struggle and suffocation as it’s almost 70 degree enclave. Even at Darzeeling Zoo he dropped us at the zoo entrance and left to the main road as parking cost is more there …and he told us to walk all the way down almost a km to get Vehical as he can’t come up side …

Trip advisors specially Mr.Aakash and his team.This tour advisors or dealers only needs payments.They only called up to make payments rather than taking daily trip updates.Unsatisfactory communication ,only they are working for income sources.

Mam, Please stop putting false allegations on the team. You wanted to make last moment changes and wanted everything to be done at your own price which were very low and could not be possible. You als (Read More)o denied to pay for services you took,
Itinerary provided to was well drafted and explained before the tour started still you wanted modify things while on tour at last moment according to your own wish and prices, which was certainly impossible according to market. Our officals tried their best to give you best discount and make best arrangements but still you denied to pay the price and still wanted everything to be added. Stop spreading fake news and reviews.

Overall a wonderfull experience with make my holiday travel. Enjoyed each moment. I was in touch with Ms. Akansha from start and planned the trip one month prior to our visit. She was helpful in every (Read More) situations. Big thanks to her for our Darjeling and Sikkim trip .And the cab driver Mr. Shanker was very co operative and punctual. We didn't face any issues during the entire trip.I strongly recommenting this agency to travel.
It was a wonderfull experience, hotels are good , drivers are friendly and helpful, pickups are on time. Miss bhawna crafted our itinerary and mr Aakash made sure everything is done timely.

Thank you Bhawna for your help in planning our trip to sikkim. Your assistance in booking and availability to resolve the queries is highly appreciated. 6days package covering Gangtok, Lachung and Pel (Read More)ling was overall enjoyable, though the distance between the places made the trip a bit hectic. Regarding stays : Royal Heritage, Gangtok - Rooms were clean but unfortunately food was not upto the mark. Also, geyser and heater services were inconsistent which was quite inconvenient, especially given the cold weather.
Zhiwa Ling Retreat, Lachung - Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was warm and welcoming. Food was fantastic. However, some issues with hot water and drinking water, which needs attention.
Tripoo Rhisum Retreat, Pelling - The rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was excellent. The staff was cooperative, warm and welcoming. They fulfilled few of our special requests happily which made the stay even more pleasant.
Car arrangement and sightseeing - Had some difficulties in co-ordinating with new drivers almost every day. Car/driver details and pick up timing should have been informed well in advance. We missed out visiting many places as there was delay in pick up.
Overall, the trip was good and we had a wonderful experience. But few areas that could have been improved for better experience.
Hotel services are not satisfactory, drivers coordination is not good, hotels food not good only tripoo hotel service and food is very good
I have a mixed experience with MMH, Bhavna was my initial contact person, she was good at her job. Always available for my queries. Their dealing with customer is good which is a big plus for travelle (Read More)rs specially places like sikkim where arranging cabs, permits is a hassle.
few positive experiences were
1. Our travel to Changu lake and Baba temple,the taxi drivers were very good. Stopping at nice spots, taking our family pics overall very enjoying
2. Stay at Royal Heritage was good, Hotel was clean, near to market
I was disappointed with 2 things
1. Two nights stay at Imperial Inn, the hotel is not clean, far from mg road and no taxi available nearby, It took 30 min for us to get a taxi
2. Lachung travel in a Bolero, I was promised for Innova. I would not have traveled Lachung if was aware that I have to take a bolero, that was a trip spoiler
