I had booked my Sikkim tour in this month. Miss salmi had planned my trip very well and according to my needs. Selection of hotels was very apt to my requirements. Mr Akash coordinated my trip very we (Read More)ll. I had changed my itinerary during my trip and they arranged everything so nicely that I had no trouble.
Apart from delay caused by driver on day 2 due to which we could not visit nathula pass at proper time everything was very well planned.
Arrangement of cabs is different from my previous trips as there was different driver everyday. Drivers have predefined itinerary after that they leave.If we have to go to market in evening or night than we had to arrange private taxi.
Over trips was well planned and managed and I am happy with there services.

We had booked Family trip for Sikkim, Darjeeling from Make my Holiday. Trip is well organized. In Sikkim we had different drivers for daily trips which is something different than other domestic trips (Read More). Usually we had same car/driver for other tour packages unlike in Sikkim. Drivers are on time. Gangtok to Pelling road is bad.
Hotels are pre-booked as planned by tour agency. Akanksha as sales person had followed all bookings. Mr. Aakash has managed all trip as planned with daily follow ups.
Overall it was good trip, but Sikkim roads are still bad.
