Make my trip gave us a terrible experience this time with hotels. I think MMT does not check out the places before registering them on their platform. The deals are terrible and you cannot get a refun (Read More)d on terrible properties. The pictures are shown as beautiful but when you reach the hotel it is terrible. MMT has lost authenticity now. Not booking hotels from your website anymore. Also, the customer care doesn't help at all. With terrible deals, as a customer I lost so much money. Terrible. Worst.

Never book any bus from them. As they will not give the bus promised to you. Further rate will be much higher, which is beyond imagination. Total charges which they charge from 6 tyre ordinary bus for (Read More) all passengers are in between Rs. 150 to Rs. 180 per kilometre (It is in plane region, not hilly). They are in collusion with bus operators looting the passengers.

This MMT ir makemytrip called company henceforth kill your trip or their associates who are vendors are swindlers Our holiday to Sikkim and Darjiling was completely mishandled On arrival at bagadoda (Read More)ra we made frantic calls to locate their taxi agent We had booked and sent our credentials 3 weeks back they lied and did not make the natula pass impractical planning for visit to Pelling Final coffin to mail there vendor lied and denied us going to tiger hill citing traffic conditions and instead made us come to airport at 830 am for an flight at 130 pm We departed at 5 am for 80 km distance #makemytrip #darjeeling #tourisim #westbengalytourisim
