Mmt is a fraud company.we have planned our full trip with them including VISA but my travek is tomorrow and till now i haven’t received my visa.I made a mistake booking with. @makemytrip .I should hav (Read More)e tried something else.I recommend please so NOT book/plan any trip with MakeMyTrip. Swati Sharma who was the sales contact totally stopped answering our calls after we paid for the booking. Look at the audacity of such people and such fraud companies.

My confirmed bus booking was cancelled by bus opreter , thereafter I booked another bus with additional amount, so I lost Rs 500 paying more, my booking from udaipur to Delhi of April 5,2024

Booked a hotel in Kodaikanal, after booking the booked hotel's location is showing as Munnar, Kerala. Even after calling the customer care and hotel management number of times no service provided.
Did (Read More)nt even got the refund of Rs. 8000.
Even though the managent didnt returned my refund they send me an invoice of Rs. 5000. Totally non professional service.
Best staff talk to Nitin he was very helpful and very understanding also good in reminder and follow ups most recommended to meet Nitin for all your international travels .
