While planning our Kashmir tour exclusively for women, we initially were worried about the arrangements and our safety. However, Makpie Tours and travels went above and beyond to ensure our well-being (Read More), meticulously handling every aspect of our journey with great care. From cab to hotel stays (although we encountered a minor issue with the AC around 6 am), from food to shikara rides to Sonamarg and Gandola, every detail of the trip was impeccably planned and executed. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and highly recommend MAKPIE Tours and Travels to anyone seeking to fully immerse themselves in the beauty of Kashmir without the stress of arranging and coordinating logistics. One word - Exceptional. I have taken a 7 days and 8 nights trip with Adil. I had spoken to multiple travel agents for the trip, but one thing that differentiated Adil was his honesty. I have worked wi (Read More)th him multiple times on the itinerary before finalizing one. He was extremely patient during the complete process. Very transparent. We had the landed the exact hotels we booked, which is usually not the case with most. The car and driver was very flexible and safe.
His personal connect and relationship building was next level. He bought us medicines to a non-accessible houseboat when my family was down.
We thank him for inviting us home and giving us to opportunity to meet his lovely family. The lunch at his place was the best food we had on the trip. My kids started calling him Adil uncle.
Adil has played the most important role in making our trip and Kashmir a very memorable holiday. I have traveled quite a bit within and outside the country, but I don't think I would be able to recommend any travel agent like how I can recommend Adil.
