Excellent tour
Trip to Amarnath, Srinagar, Pahalgam
We started our kashmir tour from jammu tavi Railway station to Pahalgam, Srinagar, Sonamarg, Jozela pass Kargil , Baltal , Amarnath ji holy cave, back to Baltal, Sonamarg to Srinagar and Srinagar to (Read More)Gulmarg and return to Srinagar and finally drop at Jammu tavi railway station. All nicely planned and arranged. On cancellation of our Helicopter tickets to Panchtarni they provided accommodation to us in sonamarg on urgent basis and promised to take refund from arrow company and credit in my account. They being cheap and best , We recommend them to all those planning Kashmir tour.

Mia Kashmir is the worst travel booking agency. We booked our 8-night, 9-day package for Kashmir through booking agent Ms. Uzma. It was the worst experience. She never called, never asked about how th (Read More)e hotel, food, or our activities were going, or if the cab was coming or not. She only called for payment. The rooms were small, and the bathrooms were full of smell, and the glasses were also smelling. She booked the worst houseboat, in which a person couldn't stay. She spoiled our whole trip. I advise not to book from this agency.

we are sorry for inconvenience and unpleasant experience , very fortunate after too many good service you are post a wrong feedback we booked good hotels for (Read More) you and one day you were getting small room rest of the hotels were all good even though you give then good feedback ,we booked 3star houseboat for you.. you did'nt get any complaint in houseboat it was your choice to book hotel instead of houseboat .by posting a wrong feedback does'nt make us wrong we are well known for excellent service and reputation, you were giving lame excuses for payment after taking every service we provide good driver he guided you very well every day .

We made a trip to Kashmir from 17 Feb to 26 Feb 2024. Mia Kashmir Tour and Travels had arranged our stay at multiple places and all time vehicle. Uzma Ma'am had been our SPOC for Mia and I must stay t (Read More)hat as per our taste, need and requirement, she had arranged our trip beautifully. She was always just a call away for any issues and had taken care of all our needs. Specially all the rooms allocated to us were superb and had ecstatic view. Now coming to our Car, it was very well maintained and was driven by Mr. Burhan, who is a lovely personality and he also made sure to take care of our needs on the way. He is very skilled at driving and knows very well when to take the right decision in very poor weather conditions as we experienced massive snowfall during our travel time. We eight senior citizens four male and four females average age 65 years has just concluded Sri Amarnath ji yatra and Kashmir tour of eight days arranged by Mia kashmir which includes sightseeing in p (Read More)ahalgam, Gulmarg, Srinagar Sonamarg and Jozela pass and Holy cave through Baltal.
We appreciate Madam Uzma for taking our care all the way by providing very excellent arrangements. They arranged hotel stay for us in sonamarg at very short notice after our Hellicopter flight tickets were cancelled and given all logistics to complete yatra by other means suiting to our age with ashorance to take tickets refund from establishment and credit back in our account.
We are all praised to Uzma and Mia kashmir for tour planning and execution by providing quality amenities worth of money spend for we are fully satisfied. Apart from Hotel, conveyance and other logistics support we appreciate their attitude and behaviour with so nice softness in conversations with smile.
Next time again we will visit Kashmir with them and recommend my relatives and frends to take their services .
