Greetings!
I am sorry but your below review feed back is incorrect. Firstly for our holiday you didn't full fill our requirements as per your commitments. We have paid you 2/3 of the payment and w (Read More)ithheld 1/3 of it as you failed to deliver your commitments. As per your invoice it stated that we paid a deposit for 4 star hotels. Upon our arrival in delhi we came to know that all our hotels were 3 star ratings. We pointed this our to your representative (Ashish) who came to receive us at the airport. He said he will discuss it with Momita (our tour planner) and get back. The next day Momita advised that it was her mistake and all hotels should be 3 star rating. Well all while we trusted one of the Monks & Moneys Travel Private Limited company's staff's mistake and our once a life time trip was ruined. Even the car which was booked for us to travel around was so small and didn't fit our luggage properly. In fact one of our large suitcase's was damaged during transit. We found Monks and Moneys Travel Company very unreliable and not taking any accountability for their mistakes. Its an absolute lie that we enjoyed 12 days of our 14 day tour as well as providing satisfactory feedback over hangout. In fact our international mobile hardly worked in India and we had no Wifi while travelling around. Wifi was only accessed at some hotels but with very limited connection or always had issues with it. On one occasion our driver advised that he had to leave us behind and he won't be able to drop us to domestic airport. He did arrange for another taxi to take us however we had to pay for that fare from our pocket. We were told by Momita that fare will be reimbursed but with all above dramas that never happened.
Overall I would say anyone booking with Monks & Money Travel Private Limited need to be very careful as they never honour their commitments and work around stating it was their mistake. In my opinion we taught them a lesson that they need to cop their own mistakes not rip others off.

Regarding your recent tour to India, we would like to tell you again that we have full (Read More)fill your all requirements as per our commitments, even as per our company policy you have to settled the balance tour amount at the time of arrival in Delhi, but you haven't paid, in mid of your tour you said you will pay the amount before 03 days prior of your departure, but after that you haven't paid the balance and leave India without settled the final balance invoice amount.
Apart of that you have already done 12 days tour out of 14 days happily, every day we got satisfactory feedback from you over hangout, all times you have replied that you are getting good services, but second last day of your tour end, you have denied to pay us the balance amount.
Again thank you so much for being with Monks and Monkeys Travels Pvt Ltd. we serve you excellent as per the commitment.
