Pathetic service
This guy ruine our trip and took all the money we are still waiting for the cab to visit local sightseeing but no response since 8am and its almost 1pm. He always does like this i request you all do n (Read More)ot buy any package.

We done Corporate booking with Neerav Holidays on 28-Sep-2019 for Jim-Corbett.
Mr. Neeraj did back to back arrangement with 3rd party vendor while sitting in UP Gorakhpur.
The vendor took 7000/- (Read More) cash extra from us. Mr. Neeraj committed that he will return our money ASAP. As this vendor required his payment. We paid the vendor on the good faith of Neerav Holidays word.
But as of date we haven't received our money back
It's been the first time in my 15 years of a professional career that I had to endure this embarrassing experience in front of our senior management team and my colleagues.
I will not recommended, we have a very bad experience with a 3rd party travel agent which he arrage.
ILLEGAL SERVICE PROVIDER
I booked Hotel Villa Aadhya & Monal Resort through Neernav holiday neeraj, he had some other adjustments from Hotel & because of which he made me pay 36000 extra to the hotel saying that he will refun (Read More)d me the amount in 2 days which was in October. since then he has been giving me dates & now its been 3 months I m still waiting for him to refund my money. I am attaching all my chat proofs & i have all call recordings from this neeraj. I am going to file a case on this & FIR.
This guy has ruined our client relations
This guy has ruined our client relations. Firstly he lied and grabbed the tour from without telling his previous employer and then tricked us by providing below par services and took advance of 80000 (Read More)and never made payments to the hotels. We have all the proofs, his emails, whats app chat, call recordings. He is absconding from his Delhi office and hiding in Gorakhpur.
